This dr and her staff do not care about the patients need for referrals after a huge surgery 5 months ago I still cannot get a referral signed off. They hung up on me argued with me lied to my insurance.please avoid if you really need a dr who cares about timely needs.

She is wonderful. Don't believe when people say she rushes through the appointment.. Not true she knows what she's doing and she does it well Love her!

She does not care about us, really. She is not very nice inside and there were a couple of times I waited almost two hours despite having an appointment.

Excellent doctor.

She is inconsiderate, rude, had little to no bedside manner and spends a whole five minutes with you. Doesn’t like to answer questions or be questioned. More concerned about getting you out of her face than she is listening.

Been with her for 15 years and have had no real problems. Excellent in all circumstances.

I made an appointment to get established with a new PCP because I am new to the area. I needed my visits record faxed to a specialist at THG. I waited 2hrs to be seen. When she came into the room, she did not apologize for the wait. She talked over me, and did not review any of the paperwork I brought with me. No bedside manner. Stated she can’t receive emails- which is a lie. I work for a Doctor and they clearly get emails. I do not recommend her at all. I will not be seeing her again.

She spent maybe 5 minutes with me for my new patient appointment and refused to look at my records for a recent injury. Will not go back.

This doctor has no bedside manner, it is true. She is insensitive and doesn't seem to listen to my concerns. I went for a follow up from blood tests SHE ordered and she wasn't even aware I had it done! I feel very uncomfortable with her, please don't go to her.

She has been subbing for my primary doctor and I cannot recommend her. She gave me about 5 mins. of her time, didn't listen, didn't read the records I brought her from my neurologist. I was extremely dissatisfied with her.

Dr. Vida has been my Dr for many years. I am always impressed with her personality and manner. She has been good to me and my family. I have nothing negative to say about Dr. Vida. However, There are issues with communications and scheduling, but that is not her doing. That is the fault of the organization she works for.

She has little to zero bedside manner. Her staff is rude and condescending. Way too many mistakes made with meds and scheduling. Good luck getting messages to or from Dr. I finally got fed up, and apparently so did her staff. She is no longer my primary
