Dr. Rivera has been my doctor for about 8 years now. He is a polite and kind man. It's been a pleasure to know him.
I came to get an appointment and referral for MRI and neurologist for pins and needles in my arms and legs, pain in my head, neck and back. He did not take me seriously, did not give me time to explain all of the symptoms I have been having, and then suggested I may have a pinched nerve in my neck for which he ordered an X-Ray for. X-Rays can't see nerves by the way. Essentially this was a waste of time and money for the both of us.
Nice friendly atmosphere
went in for what i thought was UTI. not only did he tell me i didn't have one, basically told me i was fine and dismissed any questions i had. wanted second opinion so i went to the hospital, i knew something was wrong. not only did i have a UTI with blood found in the urine, i had a kidney infection as well! when i called his office to see where his test had gone wrong i got no reply, its been four days and still no response. time to find a new family care physician. went in for what i thought was UTI. not only did he tell me i didn't have one, basically told me i was fine and dismissed any questions i had. wanted second opinion so i went to the hospital, i knew something was wrong. not only did i have … More
