Fernando Cobos

Dr Cobos is one of a kind. I decided if things do not change, will go all the way to Greensboro from Pinehurst. Moses Cone is the best inpatient facility then the hospital that’s 5 mins from me. Moses Cone has a ton of groups all through out the day which is what we all need. I pray Dr Cobos come back to Moore County. We really need him. I saw him for 9 yrs and I need him to get me out of this horrible depression/anxiety/panic attacks.

Dr. Cobos was miraculous in providing relief for my sister during her visit to the behavioral hospital. He correctly diagnosed and treated her for things that many other doctors could not, including SIADH and PGAD. I highly recommend Dr. Cobos.

I saw Dr Cobos for about 9 years while he was at First Health of the Carolina’s. He was the most caring doctor and I even followed him to Moses Cone several times inpatient. Unfortunately the drive was too much but I found a new doctor. I sure miss Dr Cobos who was more like family. Thank you Dr Cobos!! You would be shocked to see/know how I have been. I still struggle but I know that it’s part of me and I just have to learn to take one day at a time.

I've been seeing Doctor Cobos on and off for over ten years, prior to his time at Moses Cone. I consider him family at this point. I hold as a certainty that I would not be alive today were it not for him and the care and concern he's shown toward me.

Dr. Cobos is an excellent doctor who is dedicated to patient care. He has a great bedside manner and is very attentive to his patients' needs. I would highly recommend him to anyone struggling with mental illness.
