PLEASE think twice before going to Dr. Ramos. He is the rudest, most uncaring doctor I have ever met. Without going into detail, he told me that I needed to see a psychiatrist, that the pain was all in my head. I left there crying my eyes out at how rudely he spoke to me and made me feel when I was clearly in alot of pain. Please go to someone else or you will regret it! They will tell you that your insurance is covered, schedule you for an appointment at the “surgical center” which is the attached building. And then hope you don’t ask about the fact that the surgical center doesn’t work with your insurance leaving you with a $1,700 balance you have to pay yourself. So glad I had to pay an additional fifteen hundred to get Ramos to walk across the skywalk into another room. Grade A scam the Pain Center runs. I was a patient of Dr. Ramos a few years back. I was in a bad wreck, trended by a semi. I went to him, and he was fantastic. I was scared going in. He told me after seeing him for about a year and a half, I need surgery, or I would not be able to walk. It is 10 years later and I can walk, run, do 99% of every thing I could do before. I just met the man. He doesn't know me and I don't know him.NOR DO I WANT TO. He's as RUDE as the winter is long. If I were you I'd keep looking he's not the guy who is going to help you!

Went to him as a referral for a nerve block..was told to sign a pain management agreement before I even met the Dr..I told them no I wasn't seeking narcotics so I am refusing to sign it was told he wouldn't see me unless I did...good bye to you...horrible impression for a first visit..I would never refer anyone to Dr Ramos if he doesn't even have time to meet you to see why you are even there and try to force you to sign something that you didnt even ask for!!!! Worst doctor I have ever seen and I have 80 years experience with doctors. He was nasty, abrupt, would not answer questions, and refused to talk. It was his way or the highway. Most insulting man I have ever met. He should not be practicing medecine. He is only damaging his patients.

So my first written review was deleted so I will post again, & again & again if I have to. This Dr & facility are a joke! Waited 2 hours past appointment time. Dr came in room, did not introduce himself, did not close the door even, Hippa violation? Spent 2 minutes in room with me, in which he degraded me for even being there & Did a 20 second exam and said all 5 prior Dr diagnoses of fibro were wrong. And that's not even what I was there for! I was there for diagnosed scoliosis! Made me feel absolutely awful in the 2 minutes he was in there. If you want decent treatment, go somewhere else. I give two starts because the tall blond that sits up front is great! Nurses up front are rude. I needed a return to work slip after having a steroid injection with nerve block. The paperwork from the surgery center stated no vigorous work for one week. When I went to work and showed them the paper work they said yes you cannot come back for one week you’ll need a return to work. Not only did they have me sit in the waiting room twice for an hour the didn’t even put a return to work date on it. Needless to say I could not go back! So I went back up there and the nurse was just mad cuz THEY paperwork was wrong well that’s not my fault my job is vigorous I don’t sit at a desk!!! Change your paperwork or issue a return to work the day you leave the procedure! Asking for a different pain doctor I give two starts because the tall blond that sits up front is great! Rude. No bedside manner whatsoever. Did not introduce himself upon walking in the room. Waited 1 1/2 hours past scheduled appointment time to be seen. Automatically assumed drug seeker bc of my age ( I was referred to him by another dr) when I was there to see if a back brace was needed for scoliosis. Spent less than 5 minutes with me & had me in tears bc of his demeanor. Haven't been able to make myself go to another doctor in the last 2 years, since my appointment with him, bc of his behavior.

My appointments are little to no waiting and they are very polite. I have been very happy with the treatment options Dr. Ramos has given me. Injections have gone well. Very satisfied with this provider.

Worst Dr I ever encountered he said he could do injection then said no I did them in 08.then his office rescheduled a appointment and he came in and said I can't help you I told you that. I said you told me to come in stay away Greg Dobson
