I have been with Dr. Ge for a least a decade. I have been reasonably satisfied over the years, though I have also been frustrated at the annual physical, finding her not to be a very good listener with her doing too much of the talking. My experience of Dr. Ge is that she's attached to pharmaceutical solutions over exploring more natural, healthy solutions. The medical industry is evolving and I'd like to be with a doctor who is evolving beyond the pharmaceutical. This year I was on my way to see her for my annual physical and called ahead because I was going to be 10 minutes late due to construction traffic. She told me we'd have to reschedule, with first available in 2 months. I'm very unhappy about this and have decided, considering all of the issues stated above, that it's time to give a new doctor a try.

My experience over many yrs is that she treats symptoms. I want/need a doc with the wisdom/insight to determine the underlying problem & deal with it. Other docs commented on what she's missed. Waits, incl exam room, easily exceed 35 min. while actual exams < 20 min. Also, far too many admin mistakes, like repeatedly getting records/data mixed up with those of other patients. Office Mgr always had an excuse (blame a computer stroke or update). If I made as many errors at my company I'd be fired.

I am a long time patient of Dr. Ge and I highly recommend her. She is very caring, listens intently and is very competent. Her staff is the same and I trust my healthcare to her completly.

The absolute best. Really cares about the patient. Takes her time and treats each individual with respect and great care.

I am a 23-year-old very healthy patient of Dr. Ge's and I am shocked at the level of disrespect and incompetence at this office. Prescription refills (for birth control pills and asthma medication) take far too long to refill, and more times than not are either for an entirely incorrect mediation or for the wrong amount of mgs/mcgs. Two months after a physical, after trying to renew a prescription for LIFE SAVING ASTHMA INHALERS, my prescription was renewed for 1 MONTH ONLY with zero refills.

She is not thorough when doing an annual. She does not check skin for cancerous moles. A routine annual does not include an EKG. I need to find a doctor who cares about her patients, I haven't found her here.

I have been seeing Dr. Ge since she started in the yellow house on Highland ave across from the hospital. She is so caring and knowledgeable I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a physician. She is extremely thorough and explains everything to you during your exam and for your upcoming treatment if needed. I have seen other NP's in her practice and trust them completely as I feel they have the same philosophy and work ethic as Dr Ge.
