Great doctor and staff. But having an extremely hard time reaching anyone by phone. As soon as the recorded message plays, you're cut off.

God Bless Dr Sogade!! Dr Sogade realizes that in treatment Time is of the Essence and was very quick to give an appointment, gather paperwork and provide for the life saving medicine that is so needed. He is he most Pro active health professional I have ever met anywhere. And I am speaking about over many hospitals,cities, states and countries. Thank You Dr. Sogade so much.

He is a respectful and kind and honesty he do is work very good anyone with heart problems I advise you to get in to see him

I don’t know if I’m diagnosed correctly (it’s too soon to tell) but I will say, I never feel like I can ask any questions. He comes in, tells me stuff, and leaves before I’m able to fully talk to him. Don’t seem like a doctor that really listens to what I’m saying. Not to mention the quickest wait time I’ve had was an hour. Longest being three hours. My experience at Dr. Sogade’s office has been excellent! I went in for an echocardiogram and the technician who did the test, Sherrie, was unbelievably cheerful, friendly and professional. She really went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and confident in her expertise. Another plus, unrelated to the office staff is the ease of access from I-75 and I-16. Good doctor. Very thorough

Dr. Sogade is Awesome! In my opinion he is the best. The staff are very nice as well.

Needs are never met. Messages I left never relayed or just ignored. Was never called back about medicines or maternity leave I asked about for two weeks. Apparently had a condition my whole pregnancy that they never treated until I called and asked about why it’s on my test results but was never mentioned to me- since I was at the end of first trimester-and now at the beginning of my third, asking about it, which im very sure was causing my baby’s iugr/high risk. Rude staff. Treats you like you’re dumb and puts you on hold in the middle of speaking. Never met the ob in person or spoke to her individually. She tried to send me home from L and D when I was having contractions and wanted to write it off as a uti.. and the nurse had to tell her no that’s against policy- you need to come up here, so instead the ob had me stay overnight. Not to mention I express multiple risks at the type of job I have and it’s never handled to protect me from the danger I already deal with being in the military (people losing legs, limbs, loud noises, physically demanding, heavy HEAVY machinery, etc.) so i will say I felt ignored and as if There were no attempts for bedside manners, trust, or care and as if her doing any more than me asking about was just too much work for her and her staff. Would say it was nice meeting her and all BUT that never happened either. This is the stuff that makes women in labor feel abused or as if they have no rights. Needs are never met. I will never go back to this office. Dr. Bola Sogade is rude and cold hearted. I came in initially 4 months prior for heavy bleeding and cramping trying to find out what's wrong with me. She sent me for an ultrasound. I came back twice for test results and they claim they don't have them. She rudely asked me if I owed the hospital she sent me to and this could be the reason they didn't have the test results... Really..I was appalled in hearing her ask me this obsurd question. I didn't owe her office or the hospital. I had never been spoken to like this by anyone that I especially entrusted my health to. She didn't care about my health and her body language and tone showed me. I wouldn't refer anyone here.And she charged me for follow up visits that my insurance company tells me that I'm not supposed to be charged for. She's all about charging you n your insurance company money on things not even necessary. Trust me it wasn't worth it. Now I have to find another doctor to help me with the issues I have.. Very unprofessional who schedules surgery and dont send to hospital.And still didnt care about your staff messing up

Very unprofessional staff and doctor..I'm sure the staff only was following Dr Sogade orders...I was placed in a room..the wrong chart on my door..the doctor called Me by another person name..I was examine for 5 to 10 mins then charged me 150.00 twice for ob gyn fertility issues..which i paid twice 300.00..all of a sudden sends me a bill probably bc they got my chart mixed up...then called the police on me, my child, my friend at the time..nothing took place but words but Dr. S ogade has a God like personality..now I'm battling my credit report saying I still owe her..pls don't support her she's a quack.. I read the reviews before coming and unfortunately they were right! My apt was at 1:15 and I am still waiting and it’s 4:15!! The receptionist also scheduled me a apt for a different doctor and when I went they had no record of that apt which again was time and money wasted! Never coming back!

This is THE worst staff I ever worked with. First, last year when I went back I was diagnosed with pcos. They were supposed to send paperwork showing that because the appointment was painful and I went home to rest. They kept sending it as nothing wrong. They kept telling me they would fix it, etc. They never did and I almost lost my job. I purposely stopped BC and going there because the staff is horribly trained and just sucks. I was also supposed to get a statement to show my FSA card company (because they processed a payment i didnt know about ) and I still havent recieved it. Its been over two months. You are already nervous when you have to go the doctors , so when that time arrive you do not want to be stress out any further. Immediately I'm at ease , the staff starting at the front reception to the back of the office is very kind an personable, making sure foremost that they are professional . Dr. Solade takes time to listen , and make sure you are comfortable with any procedures she has to perform . Just today , Dr Solade nurse called in prescription that I needed to take before a procedure was to done at the office . Than took it a step further to touch basis with me ,to say that all I needed to do was to pick it up . Professionalism at it finest . I'm happy to be a patient. The nurses doesn't really care about the patients..if you are pregnant and high risk they look past it and says everything is fine and they constantly reschedule your appointments like your health doesn't matter

Just due to certain circumstances I had to come to the Macon Office, I typically go to the office in ANOTHER TOWN for a REASON. I absolutely loved Dr. Sogade and her nurse practitioner Lydia. I had been with them for 8 years. They are both wonderful, but their front desk staff are absolutely horrible. They are very rude and NEVER friendly. I only switched to another doctor because they do not deliver at the Medical Center.

Dr. Sogade is an outstanding diagnostician - he is also kind, compassionate, and easy to talk to. I am so thankful to have him as my cardiologist!!!!
