We’re new to Greeneville and have established primary care here about a year ago and they have been fantastic. We love Dr. Fernandez he is thorough and truly cares. The staff is wonderful! Always kind, cheerful and helpful!!! Cannot say enough about how happy we are!

I definable recommend Dr Fernandez to anyone looking for a great doctor. His staff are terrific also.

As a person , who has not had a primary care in a long time , i am very pleased with Doctor Fernandez and his office. I was treated very well by all office personnel and seen very quickly , everyone was nice and professional. Doctor Fernandez was very informative, caring , and understanding to what I needed done. I highly recommend Doctor Fernandez and his team.

This was my first visit to SOFHA of Greeneville, and everyone involved in my care, from the front desk staff, to the nurse, to Dr. Fernandez, were all excellent! Not only did Dr. Fernandez have a very kind bedside manner, but he was very thorough in his questions and assessment, and he really listened to what I was saying to him. I will most certainly be recommending him to my family and friends. Dr Fernandez and nurse Sherry always take time to address any issue my husband or myself have. They are NEVER short with us and always listen to us. They try to help in any situation with kindness and courtesy. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a stroke he was very helpful telling me what happened and setting up all my nurses and care I need. I had open heart surgery the heart is sending electrical shocks to my brain so I had the stroke I have medicine for the shocks maybe this will help it’s very painful.

Great doctor, very understanding and aware. Listens to your concerns and quickly assesses them for treatment!

Dr Fernandez was wonderful. My husband has several severe health issues and needed to see our doc then. Our doc wasn't in that day but Dr Fernandez saw us. He was great. He knew what was wrong and told us how to get back on track. By that night my husband was much better. We're switching to Dr. Fernandez, if we can. He's easy to talk to and to understand. I must admit, we didn't at first want to see Dr Fernandez because we didn't know him. We almost went to the ER. But, as fate would have it, we saw Dr. Fernandez and we are so greatful that we did. I went to this office for yrs until I had a problem with the nurse practitioner I made a complaint and the outcome was to ask me to leave for her being inappropriate. After that they treated my husband and son horribly I would never recommend this office.
