She was very patient with me and thoroughly examined me and asked questions.

Dr. Jordan is not my regular doctor, but I was worked into her schedule. Professional and personable. Thorough examination. I was very pleased.

I have literally had a throbbing headache & pain for two weeks straight. Made an appointment here but then received a call saying they need to reschedule me. They forced me to do a telemedicine appointment which is pointless for me because I clearly need blood work done and other things to see the cause of this pain. I told the staff I have had TWO NEGATIVE COVID TESTS & FLU within the last days(which was the reason they wanted to reschedule) and even had documentation so the staff reached out to the doctor and they still refused to see me. If I’m not even able to get an appointment I can only imagine the care I would receive. I found another doctor who simply took my negative COVID documentation and proceeded to schedule me for a in person appointment. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE OR DOCTOR! Great Internal Medicine doctor for a PCP if someone needs one. Very thorough, and good about recommending specialists when necessary.

Dr. Jordan is very competent and professional. I totally trust her judgement on any medical issue that I have. She is friendly and personable, and puts people at ease. She is always punctual, both in the office and in answering messages. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Jordan's bedside manner was great! She was efficient and informative. I also appreciated how she called me to tell me my results herself. The staff at the clinic were awesome as well! I would absolutely recommend the entire facility.

Dr. Jordan is very thorough, personable, and professional. She allowed me to share my health concerns and asked questions in a non-invasive way. She ordered lab work to get an update on my vitals.

I’m been seeing Dr Joran for over 6 years even before her twins. She listens to me and gives me what I need even if it’s something I know i don’t want to do even though it is due. Which she knows I hate doing somethings she makes me do them. Always has a positive attitude you would never know if she was having an issues inside or outside work. I referred a patient to Dr. Jordan with cardiovascular complaints. The patient needed a physician at Kelsey to refer her to cardiology to get care, but Dr. Jordan refused and wanted to manage the patient on her own. Dr. Jordan ignored the report I sent her with the written request for cardiology and a cardiology eval. Months later, the same symptomatic patient now has a blocked carotid artery and is in the ICU because of negligence. I would never recommend Kelsey or Dr. Jordan. I referred a patient to Dr. Jordan with cardiovascular complaints. Dr Jordan is kind and patient. She does not make me feel rushed with my questions. For over 20 years I had been trying to figure out what was wrong with my health and with her guidance, we were able to discover the illnesses within the year to two years. I specifically want to single out Amanda, Dr Jordan’s nurse. She is always a bright spot on any day I have to visit the hospital or call for information and help. She has always been so friendly and generous with her time when I am having physical or emotional frustrations. Dr Jordan is kind and patient. She does not make me feel rushed with my questions. Didn’t have the best experience with her. The first time I saw her she criticized my weight and made a note in my chart. I was only 10 lbs over the top of my weight range and had just had a baby 8 months or so before. This year for my physical I was late bc I went to the wrong Kelsey campus, but made it before the 15 min late mark. She told me she would see me, but wouldn’t follow up/fill my Lexapro medication I just started. This was due to not having enough time. She asked about it anyway And then told me to follow up with someone else, see a counselor, and that medication is more of a bandaid. Anyone with life long depression knows it’s always a battle. There will be ups and downs. Times when you need a little help, and times when things are ok. This lack of support just out of principle was too hurtful for me to continue with her as a patient. Because she is very thorough, and ran tests 4 years ago that led to discovery of colon cancer. If she had not been so careful I might have died. She always listens and explains.

Dr Jordan is friendly, professional and insightful. She makes you feel comfortable with her sense of humor and humane touch. A very compassionate and intelligent Physician who is also quite thorough. Her staff is very friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. I highly recommend her.

Great doctor, easy to talk to, caring & conscientious of cost

Would not recommend!!!! She communicated that I had an infection however after a week of trying to get in touch with her, I still have no treatment plan. During the visit she was rude and disrespectful.Some ideas to get you started:-Write about overall experiences-Write about what you like or dislike about your doctor-Write about whether you would recommend-Write as if you are talking to a peer who is asking your opinion

Worst experience ever. Have utilized this clinic before with no prior problems, however, this particular doctor is horrible. Our appointment was canceled the first time, an hour prior to the appointment as the doctor was 'sick' only to overhear while being put on hold to reschedule that she decided to take another 'weekend day' by her nurse...She did not perform the physical as we scheduled-did not even give an exam of my daughter, left my daughter repeatedly, to 'fill out the form', however left the form in the office and went to see other patients. My daughter never was asked allergies to medications that were on the required form as well as numerous other points, however, the doctor marked them as checked and fine. The nurse left the computer logged in where we could have searched anything on it as we were left for 45 minutes without being checked on and the nurse came back with a list of labs to do, but they 'couldn't do them there' (even though there is a lab). The nurse was rude, the doctor had no caring attitude. All cabinets were unlocked in room and obviously unattended which breaks numerous medical codes. Do NOT go here if you need medical assistance. Now we have to reschedule with another doctor and contact our insurance company in regard to this.
