We really loved this place our first visit, they were welcoming and kind, and took their time to talk with us. Everything after that was just increasingly frustrating, and we left after 5 months. The receptionist was consistently rude and condescending. Communication and organization was extremely poor: our first NP turned out to be unaware of basic office policies; requests for callbacks were never returned; we were told 3 times that they would write something out for us, but never did and then we had to wait an extra half hour with very restless children in a tiny room for them to do it last-minute. A nurse ignored my son when he tried to make a request. Another NP told me I "just needed to make mom friends" when I brought up concerns (since validated elsewhere) about my child's development. Then, to top it all off, we were required to pay to have our records sent elsewhere when we were finally fed up with them, and they have not sent us a receipt as requested. This doctor is so on it! Our son in our opinion was abnormally crying and I couldn't figure out why most of the time he seemed to be a happy baby. When we mentioned this to her she had solutions; changing my diet since I was breastfeeding, switching the formula and sure enough her suggestions worked. She's a great doctor that listens and has a lot of knowledge. Many people thought that it was normal that our infant son would have these crying fits but she knew that something wasn't right. If it wasn't for her help our baby would have been a fussy baby for a very long time. Thanks again doc! Forever greatful Baby Devan's family. This doctor is so on it!
