Dr Namei and his office staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

The girls are so helpful. And Dr Namei takes the time to explain things to me.. I trust his.judgement of the Dr n his staff.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Namei for about 5 years and couldn’t be more grateful for him and his staff, even with no major medical requirements I’ve always felt top priority while being seen. His staff is very professional and caring. They have always made my visit great and filled with laughter! Thank you to the entire staff! No one likes the doctors office, but if I had to choose one it would be here 100% of the time!

My doctor is awesome. Some of the staff not so much. I have been a patient for 20 years the staff with the exception of 2 are not very nice on the phone. With little compassion for patients or their jobs apparently ????.

They were very professional and Soo Nice and I love how personable the Staff and Dr. Namei were as well as very clean and Covid Safe!

Dr Namei is an amazing doctor who actually listens to you. He responds quickly even on weekends when the office is closed. The office personnel are friendly and appointments are kept on time. I have been going to him for over 15 years and dont plan on changing

Dr. Namei is wonderful. His patience and bedside manner couldn't be any better. Gentle and understanding, I never feel like I am being rushed. Great doctor. Awesome, friendly and caring staff too!

I just think the world of doctor manei one of the best doctors I've ever had I'm never afraid to talk to him about my problem he always makes me feel, comfortable his staff is awesome I couldn't ask for a better place to be treated I couldn't see myself anywhere else

Always listens. Caring and knowledgeable. Save Me by bugging me to get a mammogram. Turned out I had cancer in both breasts. Every diagnosis he has given me on other matters has matched up exactly to the specialist. This is a very good man

Always treated with a smile and genuine interest as to what is ailing me.

Dr.Namei take time to listen helps the situation. Staff are nice & friendly they know their jobs.

Dr. Namei is a caring man who takes time with you. You become aware that his concern is genuine. He does not order tests or does anything unnecessary. I recommend him to everyone I know.

Dr Namei is amazing! He listens and knows how to help..he cares:) and never makes you wait..His office staff are SO nice and they know who you are after one visit ..it's s 35 minute drive for me and so worth it! Highly recommend:))) My husband also sees Dr Namei now and he feels exactly the same..we found a gem:)

I really appreciate the flexible scheduling. I was able to get an appointment as early as 7:45 AM. The Doctor was attentive and reviewed my health progress over time and I still made it to work without having to take a day. The office staff is very helpful and friendly. Dr. Names listens, takes in and considers your input. The whole family likes him. I recommend him to others that don't have a primary doctor.

I just contacted this office to make an appointment, and I clearly informed the receptionist at the start of the call that I previously called for an appointment and the receptionist told me that Dr. Namei does not take medicaid. But today I logged onto the insurance website and it is stating that he does. The receptionist said," who told you that?" After I informed her that I was unsure of the receptionist name, she asked me for the patient's name and DOB. I said,"do you take medicaid?" She said," I do not know." Once I gave her a name and DOB she said WE DO NOT TAKE MEDICAID. I told her that her approach was irrational and could appear as a prejudice. She began to yell and stated you can talk to my office manager, rudely placing me on hold without waiting for my response. Well, after speaking to the office manager, Ruth I clearly see why the staff is so rude. She stated that with everything going on today with COVID-19 she can understand how I feel uncomfortable with the receptionist approach. I don't care what is going on or what you say your rules are, if you do not take medicaid, the patient's name and DOB is not a factor! The behavior of this office appears as if they monitor their patients information or status to decide who they will accept as a patient. I have been in the medical field for over 25 years, and I have never been this rude to a patient and never will. And I've never needed a patient's name and DOB to tell them if we accepted their insurance! Also, my son is 19 y/o and this young lady gave me information from his chart. I still think that Dr. Namei is AWESOME, but clearly his staff is incompetent and need some soft skills and HIPAA training! From the receptionist, to the office manager, Ruth, to Dr. Namei, everyone in this office is fantastic! Ruth is so kind and compassionate. She goes out of her way to make sure my father is comfortable and takes care of everything for us. Dr. Namei is attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. I love bringing my father to his appointments and seeing the way they care for him. I just may switch to this office myself! This is the best Dr office around hands down. The entire staff does their very best to give you their time to help you with whatever you may need. very good. I have been going to him for a number of years, and he is always patient and listens to what you have to say. He also explains things well.

Took me on very short notice as a new patient after a hospital emergency. I gave him a stack of lab work and tests. On such short notice he thoroughly went through it all with me. Also, caring and shows his concerns in a respectful manner.

Good Dr. Wait times can be a pain, but that is a doctor's office for you. Never go when you are Ina hurry.

Dr. Nami is an outstanding doctor. He and his staff are so kind, considerate and caring. It is such a pleasure not to have to wait for 2 hours like in some other offices in St Clair Shores. Ruth went out of her way to contact my insurance for me which is a very difficult thing to do. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good experience with a doctor that they go there. Love Dr Namei. However my issue is the lack of follow up with phone in prescription requests. 50% of the time my request is ignored or disregarded when I have to call it in to their office. Very disappointing.

Had the best experience at this office. I’m glad I came to Dr. Namei. He was so kind and helpful. The nurses were absolutely the best! A great group of people and would recommend them to everyone.

Their entire staff is so professional and caring for my needs .I come in feeling terrible and they make me feel so important and I always leave feeling a little better. Dr Namei takes so much time with me in the room listening to all my needs. He is always there for an appointment .I would highly recommend this office to everyone

Dr. Namei is amazing. He always gets me in the same day if I feel it is neccessary. He always takes his time with me and is very knowledgeable about my health.

This Doctor is an absolute joke. Do NOT put your health into this mans hands. He is only seeing you to take your money, an hour and a half after your appointment of course, and put you on completely unnecessary medications. Need paperwork? Don't worry, the saff is always ready to lose it, make excuses about why it hasnt been done, forget to fax it, or just make you the least of their priorities. I have never had such an awful doctor in my entire life.
