a minute agoNEW My son went for the first time at 9 months old!!! It was January of 2020 and I am SO amazed at how amazing they were with him! They had such a fun entrance, amazing tablets for him to watch TV while he was there, and the staff was SO sweet!!! He is now 2 and just had his 4th cleaning and I am still astounded with the attention to care and child focused experience. My son HATES anything in his mouth but Dr Dan manages to get him to HAPPILY open wide everytime. I love this practice and will forever and ever bring my son here and soon enough his baby sister!!!! Normally they are very nice. Today the dental assistant did not say have a good day or anything. She was rude. She got frustrated with my son because he was nervous, I go there thinking since it’s a kids dentist they would be more understanding.

I had all three of my kids visit the dentist today! My kids loved it there. Dr. Danny is always so kind and helpful. Kayla was my son's hygienist and she touched my heart with her kind words today!! Thank you Kayla if you read this I really appreciate you today❤

I could not be more please with this dental practice. They are amazing, so warm, so welcoming. My 2 year old was so comfortable and that’s not normal for him. He was laughing, and just having a great time even when the dentist looked at his teeth and he got a cleaning! Laughed through it all. Another bonus is they are amazingly patient with my 6 year old son who has disabilities that aren’t visible!!! Not once did they get mad or frustrated, instead they explained everything like they do every time for him and tried so hard to make him comfortable because taking X-rays of his teeth are extremely hard for him, huge sensory overload but some how they help me calm him down and get the job done. This place is amazing. I can get five kids processed for cleanings and check-ups in under 2 hours from the time I walk into the door to the time I leave. They gave my daughter a filling today--22 minutes from the time we walked in to the time we were ready to leave. This place is SO efficient. They do a good job. I have NEVER had to come back for a re-do of a service. I am so glad I switched to come here. It is worth the 2 hour drive, and I never want to switch practices. Very friendly and clean. However a few years ago I had one cavity, which was also my first cavity that I had ever had. I have extreme anxiety, so they gave me versed. They said I wouldn’t remember anything and it wouldn’t hurt. They came in a few times and asked if the versed kicked in yet, I told them I was still nervous and I didn’t think it was working. Eventually they just said I had to go in. I told them I was still very nervous and anxious. Next thing I knew I was strapped down in straight jacket as they’re drilling away. I was screaming in agony and scared. Once it was over, I was sore and scarred for life. I remember everything, I still can’t believe this happened. Fast forward a few years, no more cavities or anything. We go every 6 months, last time they said everything looks good. Now at my most recent appointment they once again say everything looks good, then the doctor comes in. He looks at my teeth and says that there’s a ton of cavities. I’m completely baffled, how last time they saw nothing and even the woman you had just cleaned my teeth mentioned that everything looks good. I’m going to go to a new dentist to see what they think and because I’m most definitely not getting anymore operations done here. Very friendly and clean. We were seen at the Albany location this morning and I could not be happier. My daughter previously had a very traumatic experience at the Smile Lodge and started out the visit in tears. The entire staff from start to finish were wonderful. Thank you all so much for your care and compassion!!!

I have been bringing my kids here for Years now. We have always had good experiences here. We see dr Sinai and he is fabulous with the kids. They are always at ease with him. He has a way with kids to make them feel at ease.

My granddaughter has autism and used to be so scared to go to the dentist. Since we have been taking her here for the past 4 years, she loves going in for her visits, she's not scared or anxious. The staff are great from the receptionist to the Dentist, she gets wonderful care at all times. Also the office setting makes her feel calm and its so beautiful. Oh also the great idea of them wearing sunglasses and having kids movies to watch while they are getting their cleaning makes it a big positive moment, to keep them occupied and not to think of what is being done to them. Dr Sani and his staff are amazing. My daughter had two cavities filled today and she isn’t the easiest 4 year old. They did a great job easing into the sedation and assuring her (and me) every step of the way. Amazing doctor and staff .

I greatly enjoyed the office design and how it really caters to children. The staff was friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make it a positive experience for my daughter. I appreciate how going to the dentist will be a trip she looks forward to and how that will encourage her to maintain excellent dental hygiene.

Great with communicating current and future potential areas of concern. At first recommend quite a bit of work for my sons "flossing cavities" but were very open and accommodating of my preferred conservative approach! Would recommend!

Always enjoy our dental visits. Staff is friendly and takes the time to explain to our son what they are doing. Appointments are always very quick for us and we never have to wait in the waiting area long. Our son does enjoy watching movies in the waiting room though!

I think this practice is a joke.

They don’t numb your mouth it hurts when they drill your teeth and they strap you down it’s horrible and scary

I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!! I took my 3 children to this practice for years. It was very convenient and the staff were friendly, efficient. HOWEVER, once 2 of my children needed fillings we have had nothing but problems. Both children needed to have the fillings redone, and STILL had problems. The dentist acted inconvenienced and annoyed by my daughter’s insistence that she was having pain in the filled tooth. I ended up moving my children to a different practice, but the damage was done. My daughter now needs a root canal because the filling was not done properly and she developed a terrible infection under the filling. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!! We normally have the best experiences, but it took exceptionally long, was very disorganized and we ended up not even seeing the dentist we were scheduled with. It was a 9am appointment for a cleaning. To actually have dental work done, they're booked until at least September.

My 3 years old girl has cavities and we were told that she needed 4 x Ray taken. I cleared with the technician that her bottom teeth are fine why she needed to take x Ray of them. After checking back with dentist, we were going to get 3 pictures but the tech messed up one ( the worse tooth) so the same tooth was taken x Ray twice( total 4 x rays). 2 days later we requested the x Ray sent to our email, and guess what? There are only 3 pictures and one of them is the wrong picture! It's very unprofessional and unacceptable! My 3 years old girl has cavities and we were told that she needed 4 x Ray taken. We had good experience! They booked us right the next week for surgery room we had a phone call saying that somebody cancelled an appnt. Then I called our primary care physician to do a check for pre op. now we are ready for procedure( 3 crowns).

Everyone is very nice and professional. Very kid friendly environment.

Dr. Sani and his staff are simply amazing. I have a child that suffers from sever anxiety and panic attacks. Dr. Sani and his staff are so calm, and understanding of my daughters needs, we always leave happy with our visit! If I could give them more stars I would! A+A+A+A+A+A+A+A+!!!

We had our first pediatric dentist appointment today and it was FANTASTIC. Our 16 month old loved flirting with the receptionists the moment we walked in! I brought my one year old daughter here after hearing so many wonderful things about the office. My daughter has a whole mouth full of teeth and I was concerned about a possible front tooth chip. To say that they were wonderful is an absolute understatement. I had no idea what to expect being a first time mom but the entire staff is so professional, kind, understanding and absolutely cater to children. Wait time was very short. My Son has autism, & while he deserves a lot of credit as well, this office did an excellent job accommodating us & the special needs we require. I highly recommend this place.

I love this dental group. I have 5 kiddos and it's so nice to be able to bring them all at once for their cleanings. We r done and out every time in less than 45 minutes! The staff is great with the kids and they don't fight me about going to the dentist!
