Probably the best experience I've ever had with a doctor. He's always taken plenty of time with me. I've never felt rushed or unimportant. I would recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Farrell Douglas is by far the most professional and knowledgeable physician I go to. I have been receiving care from him for many years. He listens intently, and truely cares for his patients. When my mother was having some difficulty walking, she went to see other physicians that misdiagnosed her. I brought her to see Dr. Douglas, and he immediately knew she had Parkinson's disease. After the proper testing was done, he put her on medication that helps her to live more independently. Thank you, Dr. Douglas for all you have done for my mom and I. Not good with scheduling their handicapped patients. If you're a little late they reschedule you which creates a greater disturbance for their handicapped patients who have a hard time getting to the office.

I was never even able to make an appointment with this office. I called over a dozen times. Phone calls are not answered by an actual person; you are only able to leave a message. The last message I left was over a week ago and no one has returned my call. I would not recommend this office. The most comprehensive, intelligent kindest and respectful doctor I have ever encountered! A very bright caring soul!!!

Very frustrating office to work with. No one calls back, office always closed.

Unprofessional, office has canceled three consecutive appointments and never pick up or return calls.

How are patients supposed to communicate and schedule appointments when Dr. Farrel's office never answers the phone? Your automatically sent to an answering device during normal business hours. I have never experienced a Dr.s office that does not have reception. This is unacceptable.

Dr Douglas is great his staff isn't as much. They DO NOT return calls regardless of how many messages you leave. We have to go to office to get results and when you show up, the front office staff gives you an attitude. Worst experience ever especially when you trying to help your elderly parents.

Excellent Doctor very busy less hours available makes it difficult to schedule an appointment with him. He is very good.

Saw doctor while hospitalized. Was to follow up in one month. It has now been 4 months and that appointment has not yet take place. It has been cancelled several times by that office due to circumstances beyond their control. No plan is in place to be followed up by another practioner. Extremely inconvenient.

Dr Douglas is a very thorough dr and if he doesnt have the answers he isnt afraid to say so and ask a colleague. I feel I am in good hands. The staff is also very friendly.

He is superb and is compassionate and listens....he will figure out things that are rare and try everything to help no matyer how often he needs to see you....he diagnosed my mom's rare stroke after dr. Kundo blew her off and not many people would've figured this out or researched until he had an answer ....love him
