Dr Awan makes sure to take the time to explain things. She and her staff are very kind and caring. Even as a seasoned parent we sometimes forget the little things. Dr Awan makes sure to go over things with you just in case you might have forgotten. I very much appreciate her thoroughness!

I love Dr. Awan, she is not your typical doctor that is in and out of the room, she really takes the time to explain every single thing your baby has. Definitely recommended.

DR. Awan is always very thorough and extremely knowledgable. She is very caring and she actually spends time with her patients, which is rare among doctors. She is one of the good ones!

Dr. Awan is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever met. She talks and makes you feel stupid as if you know nothing. And she talks extremely loud too. The office is only so small and everyone I'm sure could hear what she was talking about. She asked me to tell her how many times my baby feeds everyday and I could only give her an estimate because it varies day to day sometimes less or more than other days and it turned into a math session where she was saying "It's either she drinks this amount or that amount. There is no estimate." I was clearly over it at that point. Before that went on, I was bouncing my 6 week old in a nonviolent way to calm her because she was a little irritated because the appointment was around her nap time and Dr. Awan says in a rude hard-like way, "DO NOT BOUNCE HER!". Now keep in mind, I was not bouncing her hard or violent in any way. Why would I want to harm my baby??? Not only that, she accused me and my husband of inconveniencing our baby because we traveled one weekend only 2 1/2 hours away to see family and she got sick, so, we had to have her seen somewhere else in that area and she got angry and started talking about how she didn't like that. So, I guess she would rather let my baby get extremely sick and die of choking than being seen by her. Before we left she told us if we liked, we could make an appointment up front and she watched us as we left. I'm sure she is used to people walking out of her office never to return that's why she watched to see what we would do. I would not recommend any child to be seen by her. And her personal hygiene didn't help her situation either. Never again! She is in the wrong profession and I hope she stops being a doctor. It really is not for her especially a pediatrician and really any doctor for that matter. If I had the choice of no star, that would have been her rating! The appointment was at 9am, and we looked out the window at 9:50am to see her just getting out of her car. Instead of investigating why we were there (recurrent sharp, stabbing chest pain), she says she’s not going to look at that and she’s only doing a physical. This is despite being told no because that’s not what the appointment was for. She had the worst attitude and couldn’t even be bothered to give us a referral to a pediatric cardiologist. Instead of taking us seriously and sending us to a doctor that actually knows what their doing, she prescribed an asthma inhaler! Not only that, but to tell a teenaged girl that her phone case is “stupid” because it’s shaped like a baby bottle is very rude and unprofessional. Worst place to take your child! The doctor always wants to be the “ devils advocate” but when you go to the doctors you are already feeling like you are hopeless and just wanting answers and some help. The staff (in exception of one female secretary) is rude and I truly hate a business that lacks customer service. Recently I called in to try to make my 7-month old baby a doc appts per usual, then JEREMY(who later I found out is Dr. Awan’s family member) answers the phone RUDE and MOCKING ME! As he notices that I’m not phased he hangs up on me! I call back, he hangs up. I call back, he hangs up. I call back he hangs up. I call back this time from a different number and then the the SWEET soft spoken lady answer the phone, so I then asked for him personally and let him know who I was and to NEVER hang up on me again or it will be a serious problem. Soon after I received a letter in the mail saying how they could no longer see my child because of unresolvable dr/pt views SIGNED BY JERMEY NOT THE DOCTOR. My 4 month old grandson WAS her patient. She missed a softball sized tumor in his abdomen. Luckily he saw a real doctor when she was on vacation. He had immediate surgery to remove the 2lb tumor and save his life. See her at your own risk.

My boys have been going here for 6 years. Dr. Awan is wonderful about explaining what is going on with my boys. The staff has always treated my boys like someone and not just a number.

She is HORRIBLE. She doesnt know how to talk too or relate to kids. Not saying she is a bad DCTOR but She should not be a PEDIATRICIAN. Her whole office closes for 2 hours out of the day for “lunch”! Her attitude stinks, she has a smug mouth, and she treats you, like you and your kid are stupid. I've always had a pleasant time going here with my children. All 5 of my kids like her and I love that she explains in detail about my children and the sickness they have.

Dr. Awan is a great doctor. Very blunt and detailed when explaining what going on with your child. I have 5 kids and they all have seen her and like her just as much as I do.

Dr. Awan is amazing! I have 4 kids. My oldest is 12 and she has been my pediatrician for approximately 10 years. She is very personable & tells it like it is. I would highly recommend her as a pediatrician!

This establishment wouldn't even receive one star from me. The doctor and the staff are rude and disrespectful with the exception of the one female secretary. The doctor verbally insult me but I endure this only because the physician I wanted is not accepting patient until the begin of the year. Recently I received a WARNING letter in the mail stating that my daughter as missed third appointments and its their policy to this miss patients after their third missed appointment. So I called the office just to clarify what appointments she missed and who scheduled it. The person who answer the phone was the doctor relative and he was very rude. I asked him for his name so I can report him to the doctor on our next appointment. A few days letter I received a letter in the mail stated that my daughter is being dismissed because excessive missed appointments and inappropriate interactions with staff. I was shocked. I went to the doctor and she acted clueless and rude like she did not know what was going on and the secretary staff was in control of dismissing patients. However, her signature is at the bottom of the letter. She asked her son what inappropriate interaction occurred he states "she had an attitude". He also refused to speak to me. I still can't believe this happened my insurance provider is currently investigating this facility. OAN: This facility is filthy. The doctor and son english is HORRIBLE you can not understand anything that she says, which could be the reason why this issue occurred. Simply a miscommunication which their are not willing to discuss. However, they will take responsible for there actions one or other. This establishment wouldn't even receive one star from me. This place is a joke! it is persistently FILTHY. Dust an inch thick everywhere. On top of that, the Dr is quite rude. The staff is no exception either, rude and unprofessional. I regret ever taking my baby here. I simpy needed questions answered over the phone, I cannot drop everything to take her to the dr..meaning take off work, lose out on bill money just to fatten her wallet. She took it as a big hassle to actually talk to me over the phone to answer my questions, then says "anyone can bring your child to the dr" Uhm NO thats why there is a HIPAA law in act, for privacy. I had had enough at that point, and then received a letter that if we missed one more appointment we were to be terminated. Good because I didn't plan to return anyway.
