Dr Altairy was very professional, caring and knowledgeable

I was worried as I had read bad reviews about her. I was 100% happy I went to see her. She was absolutely fantastic and caring. One of the best doctors I have seen.

She wasn’t pleasant at all. She was concerned about me having fibroids. Due to an enlarged uterus during my exam, which was alarming to me. After receiving test results that showed that there were fibroids. I asked her to explain. She was short in her response and said it’s up to me if i want them removed. Thank goodness for my pcp that went over my results of all of my results and explained them in person as well as any other questions via my chart. I messaged Dr. Altairy that i was unhappy with her short response, she eventually tried to call me a week later. She actually left a message that seemed like she was irritated that I didn’t answer because she is busy and can’t make numerous calls to patients. She initially made me worried about the fibroids and then became dismissive.

I decided to go to with Dr Altairy for my prenatal care after hearing my friends say they had good experiences with her and I am so glad I did! She was very kind and informed me about everything that was happening with me at every appointment and listened to what I had to say. When I did give birth at Henry Ford West Bloomfield, she was there along with the staff at the hospital and they all made me feel heard and their care was excellent. I went to Beaumont with my first born and I felt so dismissed by the staff. My experience with Dr Altairy and Henry Ford thankfully was the complete opposite and I was so comfortable. Amazing doctor! Listen and answers all questions

Dr. Altairy is the most compassionate, patient and professional doctor that I had the pleasure of seeing! She was recommended to me, and now I will be recommending her to others.

Dr. Altairy is a doctor I recommend to all my loved ones! She is caring, takes her time during appointments (does not rush you out like you're just a number), and makes you feel very comfortable. She also answers your questions thoroughly and makes you feel at ease.

She is the best gyno I’ve ever seen. So caring & she found my skin cancer. She is amazing

Best OB GYN we had for years. Very experienced

Went to this practice because of word of mouth and with a high risk pregnancy. Poor communication, does not listen to patients. Did not listen when we explained our specific genetic considerations. My wife received an abnormal test result and three days later had to call multiple times to find out any information about it. Instead of a phone call or any information, a prescription was called into the pharmacy with no explanation. Was not responsive to questions and does not respond to questions when sent through mychart or called into her office. Despite being given assurances all doctors will respond within 48 hours, zero communication from this doctor. Awful experiences every time any attempt to get any clarity or care. Does not communicate with patients. This doctor couldn’t be bothered to call when encountering an abnormal test result in a high risk pregnancy. Waited over a week to get any communication back to answer a straightforward question. Left the practice in the middle of the pregnancy because of how awful the care has been. We will warn everybody we talk to never to go to this practice. Henry Ford Health System has a liability on their hands with this group.

My wife just left her appointment with this so called doctor and came home in tears. She has no compassion nor true care. She treated my wife as a second class citizen and ignored her questions and even walked out of her exam mid-sentence without any explanation. Do humanity a favor, “doctor” and find a new profession. Shame on you.

Dr. Altairy is very compassionate and extremely knowledgeable in the field of OB/GYN WOMENS HEALTH. She delivered my last baby though she was not my doctor and since then I have been seeing her. I’ve worked in the medical field myself and finding both comfort and experience in a doctor is not easy. I’m happy to have met Dr. Altairy and would recommend her to anyone anytime. Dr. Altairy is an amazing doctor. I have seen several obgyns and she is by far the best. I highly recommend her to everyone. Dr. Altairys exam was thorough and she took her time answering my many questions. The physicians that she referred me to were great too. She was an extremely competent physician and it was apparent that she had many years of experience. She knew what she was talking about and made sure that my experience was phenomenal. Dr. Altairy is an amazing doctor! I seen her with both my kids. My first in 2014 and this one in 2021. She is really professional and knowledgeable in what she’s doing. She takes her time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. I will always have her as my OB. :)

Dr. Altairy has been my OB for years. She is always delightful, personable and fully present during my visits. She has helped me to explore and solve various women's health issues within my body. I've been so satisfied that my daughters, who she would always ask about, are now her patients as well.

Dr. Altairy is a true professional. She was very patient, kind efficient and knowledgeable. Arrived at my appt time and went straight to the back, no long wait. She took time to listen to all my questions and concerns and never made me feel rushed. she was very helpful in assisting me to resolve my issue. Dr. Altairy is an excellent OBGYN with great bedside manner and would absolutely recommend her.

I absolutely love Dr.Altairy ! She has been my OB/GYN since my early teens and she is very good at what she does. I’ve also seen her for both of my pregnancies and she really helped to make them a breeze.She is very caring,knowledgeable and personable.I connect with her like no other doctor. I saw Dr. Altairy for my first pregnancy and she was amazing. I recommended her to my sister and now she goes to her as well. She was very knowledgable and spent time with me to answer my questions instead of rushing out of the room. I owe my ease of mind during my pregnancy to her!

Dr. Altairy has delivered is an amazing and caring doctor.. She has deliveried 2 of my children.. My last pregnancy had some difficulties and I could've not done it without her.. The team she assemble for my c-section was the best I could ever ask for..

Dr Altairy is an amazing ob/gyn. She has been my doctor for over 5 years and she has taken care of me through my 2nd and 3rd pregnancies. I highly recommend her to everyone. From the minute you get called back by her nurses you receive exceptional care. She is caring and personal and takes care of all of your concerns. If you need any paperwork/FMLA forms filled out they are done immediately (dropped off Friday and got notice from my job they were received Monday).

I love Doc. Altairy, she is a very nice and gentle Doc. Always very professional and discrete, While I was pregnant I could always call her day and night and she always reply to my questions. Im confident of her knowledge and experience and I trust her one hundred percent and I will recommend her to my family and friends.

Doc. Altairy is the most caring and compassionate doctors I have ever met. She is always available when I need her. When I went through my miscarriage which was a very painful and hard situation for me she was right there at my side, when I was pregnant she was available day or night to help me with any questions or concerns I had. She is a great doctor knows what she is doing, had lots of knowledge. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends. I m glad and happy she is my O.B. Doctor

Dr. Altairy is one of the most phenomenal physicians out there. I have never met such a caring and patient oriented physician. She would always let me know what to expect, who to call and followed up even after our time together. Seems nice, but she is impersonal, quick visitis, she's in & out. She's not a fan of FMLA, wait times weren't bad, but her nurse assistant Michelle mimics her demeanor. I switched doctors after one month of prenatal care.

I would NEVER recommend this lady to ANYONE. I was referred to her by my PCP. She performed a procedure and it was blood everywhere. After the procedure she didn't even ask if I was ok or had any concern she simply walked out the room. She is not welcoming at all.
