Dr. Haddad is awesome! He is kind, patient, and really does take the time to listen to his patient(s)! I was referred to his agency by another doctor. He has numerous awards recently which makes me feel that I am in excellent hands! In addition, his medical team is professional and super nice! What I like the most about his entire team is that they actually answer the phone and return missed phone calls back! That is a huge deal to me! From the Front Office, Martin & Yazmir (I’m sorry if I spelled your name incorrectly) to Dr Haddad all are responsive & quick to help in anyway they can. All are extremely knowledgeable

Appointment was on time and not a lot of waiting around. Dr. Haddad was friendly and to the point, which I appreciate. The support staff also very friendly and professional.

Dr Haddad is an excellent healthcare provider. He very easy to talk with, responsive, a great problem solver and open to questions. His care is excellent. The staff are kind, thoughtful and get things done. They are a great team and add a wonderful layer of comfort to navigating through uncertain times.

I made a same day appointment to get my COVID booster through myturn.ca. I was pleased with the staff and the clean office environment. It was super quick and easy.

It is nice to sit at home and talk to your Doctor in front of your computer face to face. It avoids contact with other Patients. I recommend it very highly

I cannot express enough how impressed i was with the entire experience of my visit to Dr. fadi haddad. Thorough and detailed in examining my history. Patiently listened and inquired about everything related to my health. having been unwell for so long and after many dr appts with other medical experts, this is the first time i feel hopeful that someone understands my situation and cares enough to figure it out. i highly reccomend this dr and look forward to my appt coming up.

Dr Haddad is very knowledgeable and thorough, he is very helpful and kind.

During my husbands hospital stay at Grossmont the medicine that was urgently needed to help cure my husband's re-occurring C-Diff cost $4,000.00. our co-pay. Dr. Haddad & his hospital staff a very unique and talented group of a collective “Power House” working together to effectively serve the patients’ needs above and beyond their job scope presented our case to Project HELP. On 12/30/17 was the happiest day for us as Project HELP accepted our case & helped with the cost. Happy New Year to Us

No issues with Dr Haddad but his office staff is horribly rude. I am on Medicare and have supplemental insurance. On my first visit I was not charged a copay just like all of my other doctors, On my second visit I was asked to pay a copay and I tried to explain that I did not owe one. I was told to call my insurance company. I sat down to make the call and she came out to the waiting room to lecture me about how I needed to pay my copay or be released - I left without seeing the doctor.
