The "visit" was done by telephone, and it should not have been, but his staff screwed it up Dr. Alarcon is a good doctor, with a terrible, incompetent staff. They either do not answer phone calls, and when they do, they don't know anything, promise to get back to you, but never do. Dr Alarcon should fire them all, as they affect the quality of his practice.

Dr Alarcon is a good doctor. He listens to you and seems to care. HIs office staff is incompetent and extremely inefficient. They either do not answer phone calls, or when they eventually do, they can't help you because they do not know anything, promise to get back to you, but never do. Dr Alarcon should fire them all, as they are simply not up to the task, and reflect poorly on the quality of his practice.

My mother was his patient, my aunt is a patient and I have been a patient for over 20 yrs. He always listens with attention to my details. I have a lot of health concerns. He stays on top of it with me on best courses of actions. I can’t recommend him enough.

Dr. Alarcon has been my physician for 3+ years now & he has never failed to treat me with respect & kindness- not to mention he is a very talented clinically. I recommend Dr. A to all my friends & associates. He has a superb reputation in the medical community as well.

Dr Alarcon is very polite and friendly and makes a point of making sure he’s answered all your questions. He is thorough and has gone out of his way to help me in many ways.

I have been a patient with Dr alarcon since I was sixteen. I am now 26. He has always been a wonderful doctor mentor and friend. Very competent kind and patient. I have never left unsatisfied. I had a horrible depression and bi polar and alarcon worked with me over the years until he found medications and methods that were right for me. He never gave up and he also is my mother's doctor and she has received exceptional care after a car accident and any other manner of ailments you can think of.

My wife WAS a patient. Don't expect to get an appointment if emergency. TERRIBLE OPERATION!!
