Horrible, avoid this place. They will not answer their phones. Owners of this business: hire new receptionists! I have called all hours of the day, morning, right after lunch break from morning until closing.. probably 60x or more.. and it just rings. How is no one available to answer a patient call in the entire day? This is unacceptable when there are patients health on the line. I was a first time patient. I had to wait 3 months for an appointment with Dr. Letellier. When I went to my appointment today, the employee told me my appointment was cancelled due to the doctor being unavailable. No one called me prior to my appointment to tell me he was unavailable. The staff was very rude and unprofessional.

I lost my vaccination card and they were very helpful in providing me with a new one.

Horrible Personnel! My son needed a refill for his asthma. Teresa, one of the receptionist informed me that Dr Lettelier had not prescribed the particular inhaler. They did not keep good records since my son has been getting his prescription from this doctor. My son has an asthma flare up and these receptionists are making it so difficult to get his refill. What good is a doctor if the patient cannot rely on dependable care? So frustrated and disappointed!!!! I will just have his general practitioner prescribe his asthma medications but wanted others in similar situations to beware!!!

Excellent caring physician.

Pésimo seguimiento al paciente, pobre servicio y muy difícil la comunicación, desordenados y mala actitud del personal. El Dr. nada especial, toma muy poco tiempo con el paciente.

Dr. Letellier is a very knowledgeable provider. He is always up to date on the latest medications and treatments for Asthma. Great communication and listening skills. Engaged, and I feel he has my best medical interests.

Go to Ingrid very short not very nice. Initial cost was almost double from the last doctor we went to. I Would not go and would not recommend.

Called 5 times went to voicemail twice. 3rd time I dialed the emergency line...went to voicemail. 4th they answered stayed quiet and hung up and finally the 5th time I was told they are not taking new patients after asking if they accepted my insurance

Maria who works in his office is rude., lazy and disrespectful...Did I say beyond RUDE. However, the Doctor is OK with me.

Dr Letellier will take his time to compare and review test results and will plan care according to what one exactly needs. I recommend him for those who needs a caring pulmonologist.

He is an intelligent man. A good doctor. I had problems with confusion in his office at every turn from first visit to last. It caused some problems for me.
