I am livid with this doctors office mamager. I went to his office 10 days ago bent over in paid and he ordered some test and pain killers. I am still bet over in paid. They needed preauthorization which I was able to do but they would not schedule me without my clinicals. I have been calling his office everyday with no success. How good is a doctor is his staff has so little concern for his patients. I normally would never do something like this and perhaps my pain has driven me in hopes the staff dues their job. I don't know what to do at this point, find another doctor or go to the emergency room but THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

The staff are highly incompetent. A receptionist called me to confirm a procedure date. It was confirmed however, another staff person called the next day to confirm the same procedure. I tried get a time for the procedure so I called the hospital. The procedure wasn't even booked. Absolutely ridiculous.

Horrible staff, they fail to change their address on Google. They moved almost 2 years ago to 160-161 Haledon ave in Haledon. They don't tell their patients. Then they go to the wrong address. How long does it really take to update your Google listing or any listing for that matter. Its monkey work.

My doctor recommended me to come here but o dear god the time you wait for your turn to come is not worth it. They don't respect your time.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!! The staff is horrible, there are three girls and no one knows whats going on they just stand around looking for nothing to do. The doctor himself is very nice and helpful but he does have an assistant that see's the patient even after you request him. Wouldn't recommend anyone here after the treatment I received from the staff especially the girl right in front of the window, NASTY!! They need to learn some manners!!

We were refereed to him and made an appointment with him,after 2 weeks we go in,the totally unprofessional staff didn't bother looking in our direction!! 3 women were standing around talking to each other. After going in we find out the doctor is NOT there and we'll see an assistant!! To say I was angry is an understatement,I lost time from work&went in the sub zero temp for this? I got referred to a specialist to see an assistant?? No apologies! We'll never go there again!
