Superior service and treatment by Dr. Reynolds and her entire staff at the office and especially in the operating room. I felt extremely comfortable and at ease. My surgery and recovery went well. No complications. Large Fibroid removed. She even made sure my mother came back in for information about me. Greatly appreciated!!!

My experience with Dr. Reynolds was wonderful! I was terrified of surgery. She was very calming. Surgery went very well and it was released within 2 hours due to CoVid protocols. Stop. Reynolds nurse called the next day to check on me. Dr. Reynolds then called the following day to check in. Two follow up visits were great. I felt like I was in very good hands throughout my procedure.

Never took any complaints seriously, laughed in my face when I was worried about swollen lymph nodes post-op. Was extremely and visibly annoyed-and also laughed, idk what that’s about-that me and my family actually had valid questions regarding my diagnosis. After waiting to be seen for over two hours. Dr. Reynolds and her staff are very kind and caring. I was terrified of having major surgery and Dr. Reynolds empathized and gave me information to calm me. Surgery was quick and recovery was smooth! I was called by Nurse Shannon the day after surgery and by Dr. Reynolds 2 days later. I was lucky that everything was benign. Her entire staff and everyone I encountered at North Fulton Hospital was top notch. Dr. Reynolds and her staff are very kind and caring. I would not recommend this Doctor to anyone. Her demeaning behavior was the worst I have ever received. She treated me as though I HAD to do what she wanted or else I was just being non compliant. She did not explain herself, offer me any other options in my treatment plan. WORST bedside behavior, so bad that I will contact the board and complain as well. If there was a negative star on here I would have given that as a score!! Do yourself or loved one a favor and find another doctor!!

I would not recommend Dr. Reynolds. She misdiagnosed as me with Stage 3 cancer, when I was really Stage 1 and her team prescribed me a hormone than harmful to someone like me with cancer.

Terrible doctor and extremely rude staff. My mother was treated horribly by Dr. Reynolds and her staff. I would not recommend going to her at all. She acted like she did not care and gave us the run around. If I could give zero stars, I would.

My wife went to Dr. Reynolds to have one of her ovaries removed. I would caution everyone to find a different surgeon. She didn't check in and didn't seem to care much at all about my wife's health. On top of that after going to an entirely in network facility she used a contracted (and somehow out of network) surgical assistant that we have to pay for totally out of pocket. This effectively tripled the price of the procedure. I would recommend everyone to stay away from her and find a better doctor that actually cares about your well being.

Great physician. She has an excellent staff. I would recommend her highly. She is knowledgeable and professional. She has great bedside manners. She prompt and makes patient feel at ease. Again, I would recommend highly.
