After a visit and being given the name of an over-the-counter product to try I was told to come back in a month if there was no improvement. a month later after no improvement, I called to make an appointment - I asked if they offer telehealth for a check-in like this or if I need to come in as I live 30 minutes away and will need to get a substitute as I teach. I was told I need to come in. after waiting to be seen I was told by the nurse practitioner seeing me that unfortunately there are no other treatment options they know of for me!! another nurse practitioner was called in and said ya, maybe get a second opinion. I could not believe I was told to come in just to hear that. When I complained Dr. Jankowski said because I was seen by TWO people (I did not ask for two people to tell me there's nothing they can do) she will be billing me for a visit. She was rude about it and lost me as a patient.

My family & I have been going to Dr. Jankowski for over 35 yrs. My 2 children went threw the teen acne stage, my husband & I see her for her dermatology services & now our 3 grandchildren go to her for their skin problems as well. She is highly competent, very personable, as is her staff.

Many years ago, I happened into her clinic on Woodley Ave. Her kindness and willingness to help me with my facial cyst, was amazing. As it turned out, it erupted B4 I could get it fixed. But will never forget her kindness.

I came to get injections and fillers, and Dr. Jankowski also found some questionable moles that needed to be removed! I love how my fillers turned out. It's really hard to get the exact area I need filled by my lips without it migrating, but Dr. Jankowski did a great job! I keep coming back to this office

Dr. Jankowski is very nice but I have had very long wait times and I am unhappy with how my follow up appointment was handled. The Dr. had instructed me to make a follow up appointment and to tell the front desk not to have me wait and she would just quickly check how I was healing. The front desk staff seemed confused when I relayed this message and they put me in a room anyway. I waited for over 1 hour for a 5 minute conversation. And I have to pay $25. No exceptions. Very upset and unhappy with this. Also, the first time I was billed, it was for the full amount even though my insurance covered most of it. I had to call and have billing correct it. The ambiance is really nice..

My family and I have been going here for almost two decades for multiple different issues. They are the best office around. I now live in South Orange County, I've tried dermatologists in my area and they don't compare. I drive from the OC because letting just any doctor mess with my skin is a gamble. This office is knowledgeable, friendly, professional & definitely know their stuff. (If you Google the Dr Jankowski her reputation speaks for itself) They normally get me in for same day appointments & I've never had to wait a long wait in over 15 years. Love this office especially Dr. Chu. Never have to wait as they are on time, and so personable when you see them. They spend the time with you for your needs.

Amazing dermatologist! She removed my skin cancer and may have saved my life! I can not thank her enough! She is the nicest person! Extremely cute country office and very friendly staff! Wonderful experience!

Go to this dermatologist if you want to be MISLED and OVER CHARGED. My husband went in to have one thing checked out and they convinced him that he needed other procedures done. He was not informed about the cost of these procedures and ended up paying a lot of money for something that was not necessary.

This is the best dermatologist there is and her staff and makes you feel more than welcome every time. My father and grandparents have had numerous skin cancers removed by Dr. Jankowski, & her surgery results are equivalent to those of a plastic surgeon! I myself had always had acne until I began coming here. Highly recommended! :)

Walked in for an appointment to remove 2 small warts. Had that procedure done before elsewhere so figured it will cost about the same, did not asked how much. Stupid me. Was seen by the NP, not a MD for about 15 minutes. Ended up with $450 bill afterwards. Had that done in the different office for less than half of that.
