I’ve been coming to see dr whang for over two years and although he is a nice doctor the wait time is always ridiculous I’m seriously debating finding another dermatologist for that sole reason. I’m always waiting for over a hour and I always make morning appointments. Don’t come here if you have other things to do with your day

I had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH DR. WANG. AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS. He claimed he didn't know why my daughters hair stopped growing and was falling out. He ran no tests, he recommended nothing. I left his office with the same questions I had when I was referred to Dr. Wang. If I could give no stars I would. AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS.

Dr. Whang is very professional and knowledgeable. Takes his time in answering all questions and always makes you feel at ease and comfortable. The office is clean and you are never waiting long, and his staff is super friendly.

This was my first time going to this office because I couldnt stand Montefiore anymore & my insurance requires no referrals & appts dont take months to get I had appt in 1 week I couldnt believe it ..I am so happy my Local Union has given us choices & options........Monte is a money pit and I will go anyplace I can to stay out of..Dr. Whang sent me to Dr.Davis within 6 days . Horrible wait times.

Dr. Whang is wonderful doctor and one best but his staff needs traing on handling patients , and cleaniness, when in the examing rooms. I was patient for over 10 years with him and I feel very much disrespected that he never got to me on what occurred at his office.

Very Unprofessional! SPECIFICALLY Dr. Whang! I’m Claiming no grace period for clients is unheard of for any medical facility... If you have a appointment for 1:30pm there should be atleast a 10 minute grace period. Front Desk was no help at all as well. DO BETTER!

I’ve been with Dr.Whang for over 5 years, he is one of the few Doctors I trust.

My boyfriend and I use Dr Whong. He is an absolute professional. We highly recommended him. Very pleasant and does a thorough examination. Thanks Dr. Whong

First visit waited over 45 minutes, Waited well over one hour second visit. I felt like this was a Total waist of time because nothing became if these visits, Assistant was not pleasant, nor informative. If i ran my business like this i would be out of a job. I am searching for a better dermatologist elsewhere...

Very good experience

First time patient. Office staff was courteous. Wait time was minimal approximately 15 mins to be seen. Dr. Whang very personable and professional. My overall experience was great.

I think either he is not knowledgeable or doesn't want to care his parents.

the waiting time is 30-45 minutes of your scheduled apt. They act like you don’t have anything else going, you arrribe on time of your apt and they make you wait almost an hour

Dr. Whang is the absolute best. I went to many dermatologists from Riverdale to Manhattan. None of them have been helpful. When I came here, Dr. Whang treated my face immediately. My face went from dark and dirty to bright and clearer from the dark brown spots on my face. My boyfriend said my face was "glowing". My only problem; Dr. Whang told me "stop picking your face." I brought 21 month old baby for 7.30 am Saturday appointment. I was asked to wright my name and take a seat. At 8 am I still has not been called and processed (my daughter is a new patient). At that time the doctor was not in the office. Also, people who working their look unhappy, really unhappy. I left without being seen. I've had mild acne problems all my life - I'm about to turn 27! But for the last year, I've had clear skin! It wasn't anything revolutionary, but suddenly, after I saw him and took the prescriptions regularly, I've been acne free. I gotta give him most of the credit for that! :)
