dr stish is great but the staff is snobby i call for a serious reason and they just keep cutting me and now caring what i had to say.

Dr. Stish has been great. However his secretaries leave a lot to be desired. Communication between them is poor, they ignore phone calls, and never call back. I’ve now called back and forth over a dozen times since Friday. Yet still have not received a straight answer regarding my prescriptions. I’ll wait until my prescription is filled at this point, but after that I’m finding another family doctor. Sorry Doc, but the staff ruined it.

I went to this guy three times. Said he would have a specialist call me for my back and never did. Then next time said the same thing and also said a nose throat and ear specialist would call me and both never did. Then told me there was nothing he could do about tonsil stones, that i just had to live with them but when i questioned that, asked me what it was again and then repeated to tell me theres nothing that can be done for it. Then i told him about an issue i have had for awhile with my ear. He said it looks fine and there is nothing he can do about it. I told him it's really bothering me for a long time. No further questions or tests. Just one quick look at it. Finally after he tried to walk me to the door i was persistent that I needed help with these issues and then he asked if i wanted to go to a nose throat and ear doctor. I said yes, he said he would have them call and never did. Takes over an hour in a cold waiting room to be seen each time and he rushed me out the door with no help. Doctor is fantastic!!! And the dark haired receptionist with the glasses is extremely attractive!

Took my friend Patty to see Dr Stish yesterday. He was very nice, and compassionate about her needs. She recently moved to Hazleton and was need of a Primary Care Doctor, and he was the one for her. I was impressed myself, that I’m considering myself to goto him. Thank you Dr Stish for taking great care of Patty!!

I want to thank the nurses that work in the office, it was very busy today and I did not have an appointment but yet they took the time to help me! I am greatly appreciative! Thank you

When I first became a patient of Dr Stish I was very pleased but lately not feeling the same I don’t care for his staff they are very ignorant and you have to call several times just to keep on them about a referral or refilling a prescription and I just don’t have time for all of that

Hes a awesome docter!!! More like a family member than a doc...no judgement

Straight only cares about himself. Recalled my script inton3 different pharmacys. Hes no clue how to do his job since his wife passed. Hes not a God fearing man. Ill be out front of his business march 1st with a sign to tell ALL THE WORLD WHAT HE IS

Dr. Stish has been my father's doctor for a long time. He is a very nice man and a great doctor. He takes good care of my father. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a doctor.

I left a previous Dr. I had for years due to him not believing something was wrong with me. I went to Dr. Stish in hopes of finding a doctor who would take my concerns seriously. I will tell you this. He not only found out what was wrong with me. Which turned out I needed back surgery. He is continuing to help me with any issue I may have. He is one of the best doctors I have ever come across in my entire life. He not only cares about you. He takes the time to listen to you and call you back. Unlike some doctors. And his staff are phenomenal. They will help you in any way they can. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a doctor that can help you. Not one that will avoid you. Staff and doctor are great my whole family see him as are primary doctor. Very knowable and trust his opinions best in Hazleton. There should be more like this place 5 start all around.

Dr Stish is a wonderful doctor, I would recommend him to anyone but the person I that also deserves recognition is Becky, I've dealt with many nurses throughout my life some ok and some well not. Becky always treats me with compassion and helps me with things on a timely manner. It's how she treats me, Im not judged which I have been so many times in my life. And I feel completely comfortable around her. She definitely deserves a raise. Thank you Traci

Dr stish is amazing but the staff are miserable and rude.

Overall he is a good doctor and I trust him. His staff is not friendly and every time I call to get some prescription, they never call me back. Not even when an antibiotic is needed.

Dr. Stish's father, Anthony Stish, was my pediatrician. I absolutely love both of them. Just like his father did, Dr. Eugene Stish takes time with his patients. He has restored my faith in family medicine and truly is a remarkable person and doctor. Thank you Dr. Stish.

Dr.Stish is a great doctor. Not sure what the other reviews about the staff being nasty, I never had this issue? People who are miserable will complain about anything. Dr Stish is probably a good Doctor, unfortunately not for me. He has the the most unkind, rude and careless people working in his office. He doesn't worth the trouble to deal with all of them.

Good Doctor, not very friendly, however, the women working at his office are nasty. We cannot get nothing from them, only bad attitude. People can stay standing, waiting, they don't even care about it. Or yet, they see "through you", like we are invisible. I don't recommend.

Dr. Shush is great. Unfortunately his staff cannot do referrals, or keep unmasked patients under cpntrol

Dr. Stish is a great Dr. He is patient and compassionate. The girls in the office are amazing. Go out of their way to Schedule appointments and set up tests to be done. I would recommend Dr. Stish. I had nothing but a good experience with Dr. Stish and his staff.

Awesome doctor. Aweful staff. The 2 women in the back answer the phone with attitude. They are completely disrespectful, rude and do not have a stitch of compassion. When the brown hair lady got nasty with me when I called her out, I told her "second of all you don't need to direct your attitude at me"

Caring compassionate atmosphere. Dr. Stish takes the time to get to know his patients and makes them feel as if he genuinely cares. That has been my experience. And that goes for the staff also, if you’re looking for a new primary Dr. I would strongly recommend anyone to him.

Dr Stish in my opinion is a very dedicated and professional individual. He is very polite and makes you as comfortable as possible. Even though he was ill and his office was closed, the man made sure that I got my refill on my prescription. He is one in a million and anyone who has him for a physician is very lucky.

Dr. Stish is very caring, respectful, and professional. You actually see HIM at your appointment! Always listens to what you have to say and willing to try new things. Dr Stish is what family medical doctors used to be.

Very good PCP. Takes all the time needed to listen to my medical problems and questions performs exam and recommends treatment needed.I can get an appointment same day if needed. Highly recommend and so glad he is now even closer than before.

This man is the best doctor I've ever met. I love this office and his passion for what he does. He SINCERELY CARES about each and every patient. I take up a half hour of his time each month lol and feel bad about it, but he will see me just to have someone to talk too through a hard time. We recently started seeing Dr Stish after having another Dr for over 30 years. Dr Stish makes us feel like we've known HIM for over 30 years! He listens to our concerns an actually considers our individual needs. When we make an appointment we see HIM AND NOT A NURSE OR A PHYSICIANS ASSISTANT! My wife recently went through a major surgery and Dr Stish was able to explain it more clearly than the cardiologists who were assigned. He alleviated our fears and concerns and gave us helpful advice. And yes, he actually called us back when we had an issue after hours. This man restored our faith in doctors. Dr Stish is the most nicest doctor I've ever went to He makes me feel so comfortable even through though times . He cares and looks after every one of his patients he doesn't just tell you what you want to hear he does what a Dr should and gets you the right answer after he receives your results and he cares so much he takes time out his day and calls you at any time to give you your results not make you wait and he has a 24/7 call line and returns your calls in minutes Dr Stish and his staff are very caring loving people. Dr. Stish has been my General Practioner for MANY years, since I was in my early teens. I have yet to have a bad experience there. Only complaint I would have is, dined he joined Lehigh Valley...I believe the office is overwhelmed with too many patients.

I love coming to this office. The staff is very friendly and the doctor treats you like a human being and actually listens to you unlike other doctors I've been to. 5 stars definitely!

Dr Stish has been our family doctor since he came back to Hazleton to join his father's practice when he finished medical school. He is a great doctor and a good man. There aren't many doctors like him around anymore.

Dr. Stish is an excellent primary for my husband & I. He is caring and compassionate, showing a genuine interest in his patients. He takes as much time as necessary to listen to our concerns and explain the treatment options for us to choose the best plan for us.

Amazing family doctor. So glad he is back in private practice.. Dr Stish is a very caring and knowledgable Dr who takes his time with every patient he sees and his staff is amazing. Dr Stish also treats every person as an individual and never treats them as a number or as a business transaction. More physicians in this area should take lessons on how to be a Doctor from Dr Stish.

I have been a patient of dr. Stish since 2007. He's a very compassionate doctor. He has excellent bedside manners. He is a unique doctor and listens to you especially in today's world of Medicine.

Dr. Stish is the smartest doctor I've ever met humble and kind. Dr..Stish helped my girlfriend who was over prescribed by pain Management cured her 1st try she felt like she was going to take a seizure every day that mild mannered doctor is sharper than a whip I haven't been to areal doc since his Dad when I was little boy what a fantastic personality and smarts like his son dr.Eugene stish im sick over loosing him he was like family to me and Lisa.Now what all the real doctors are gone so sad.
