Megan and staff were friendly, professional, helpful and very knowledgeable!

Seen recently for a 6 month checkup. The office is run efficiently. Everyone is friendly and treats you with respect. A few months ago I had an unexpected problem and they were able to see me the same day. I trust the care I receive at this office and I would never want to go anywhere else.

The staff is rude and treats you as if you are a major inconvenience to them. When trying to schedule an appointment for a problem visit, instead of just allowing the front desk to do their job, they transferred me to the voice mail of Micki, the nurse which I had to leave a message for. When she called back, she was the most abrupt and callous individual that clearly is not one that should be caring for those that are sick or in need of compassion or empathy. She hadn't listened to anything on the voicemail because I had to repeat it all over again. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor..find another family physician! WE DID! Excellent care and concerns from all. Dr. Newmier always puts my care and health top priority. Definitely recommend

I just called and said I will pay in cash. They rejected me because I don't have health insurance. Even though I have money. I've been to different countries in the world. I've never heard of such nonsense. it means that if we get sick, we will not be taken care of because we do not have insurance. I do not understand what such a policy is based on. But the only thing I understand is that there is no logical explanation and that human health is unimportant. if i have a chance i can give 0 star I just called and said I will pay in cash. While it did take a while to sort out the paperwork, I am happy to be part of this practice. I understand that the paperwork delay was due to a massive number of patients transferring in all at the same time. Nevertheless, communication could have been better. Very good place the staff are very nice and helphful. The doctors and nurses are nice and helphful. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Everyone from the front desk, to the nurses, to the practitioners, to the Doc's treat my elderly father and me like gold. In addition to amazing "bedside manner," these people are wicked-smart and stay up to date with the latest therapies. Insurance billing is sharp and easy to understand.

Very professional, efficient and personable. Short wait time in car or office, knowledge, caring nursing staff, attentive and respectful doctors who involve you in decisions. Office staff listen and respond to current needs. Easy interactive patient portal. I highly recommend this practice.

I just moved to the shore and needed a new GP,. These folks were well rated, but I did not have a good experience. I never got to the doctors, as the front end staff we virtually a brick wall prohibiting entry and medical treatment. Signed up on the online portal in mid-March, submitted all required paperwork, as evidenced by it actually being on file/present in the portal, and was told I could make an appointment once that was done. Early April I make an appointment, and the next day get a voicemail (not particularly polite or pleasant, I might add) saying my appointment has been cancelled, because "I am not a patient." Really? You folks WORK FOR US. I think medical people often forget that fact. I call back and am told a form I need was not submitted; of course it is right there on the portal where I had submitted it almost a month prior. I needed that appointment as I have high BP and my meds were running out. Not risking this practice anymore. If the front end is that bad, lord knows what treatment would be like. Rose hill family physicians are great place to go. I would recommend them to anybody

I left feeling so positive after my appointment. It wasn’t rushed and my questions, concerns and problems were addressed and met with kind and caring answers.

I have been going here for years.They are so caring and really listens to you . Never have to wait long . Have some new people working there and they are great.

I gave RHFP 5 stars the staff is nice and very friendly. Dr. Prest is awesome she listens to my medical concerns as well as personal concerns.

If feel like the Doctors and Staff feel like family to me because I have been going there for lost of years and I truly love them all they treat me with the up most respect

I had a very positive experience at Rose Hill. They fit me into the schedule at the last moment, the wonderful PA diagnosed my issue and gave me the appropriate prescription. This is a very well run practice with caring practitioners and staff.

Dr Newmier has a wonderful bedside manner. I feel like he is there for me and that I am in good hands.

Dr Newmier takes the time to listen to you and he is easy to talk to. I like it here at this practice

I have been coming here for more than 10 years now, probably closer to 12, and I have always been treated very well. I am currently seeing one of the nurse practitioners here, Donna Stubbs, and I really like her. I genuinely believe that she has my best interests at heart. Very good listener and I never get the impression that she is in a hurry. Also, when some sudden moderately important events to me had presented themselves, they have been very good about squeezing me in. The were also very proactive in finding an aortic aneurysm of one of my coworkers, before there was a problem for which he most likely would not have survived had it burst prior to detection.
