Previous patient. Tried to make an appointment. Office staff is rude. Office manager (Erica) doesn't get on the phone or answer her line. Terrible experience. Will be filing a complaint with my insurance.

He is what he is Good

I have been a patient of dr. go off and on for 18 years. I’ve never been overly impressed but thought I was doing the right thing by continuing to see a specialist for my condition. I research my condition constantly and bring my concerns to him which fall upon deaf ears, I’ve asked for different tests and blood work numerous times but that goes unanswered and ignored. At my last appointment, before I ever spoke a word, he told me to find another dr then writes on my file that I refuse to see him again. I brought a family member as an advocate and he wouldn’t even let her speak of her concerns or finish a question. I’ve never had a dr cut someone off while their speaking and shut them down so quickly. I’m very disappointed at the way we were treated, in front of my young child as well.

Couldn’t download tons of valuable information from the pdm that Is the controller for my insulin pump OMNIPOD that provides very important data to help in decision making for treating my diabetes, hence making our communication difficult at best. Fortunately he had a Nurse practitioner that was able to down load the information, after she left the practice, our failure to communicate resumed, so I terminated my association with his practice. This guy forced me to need a drug that I told him would hurt me and he said if I did not take this drug he would not be my doctor had few choices in my insurance lost part of my eyesight due to the drug he made me take don't go anywhere near this doctor he's terrible doctor

Worthless. I've tried to see this doctor for a chronic condition fully supported by test data. First they refuse to see you without a referral; my GP was fully ready to do so but the data was available; what does the referral accomplish? Then they wanted me to wait 6 months for a new patient visit! So I get the referral, they look at my history and then choose to refuse the referral anyway!?! Are you serious. Very professional physician, detail oriented and good bedside manner. Dr Go is highly respected in Brevard County.

I have been going to Dr Go for over 10 years, since he started at Parrish. He and his staff are are outstanding. He gives time and he listens, which is the two most hardest things for a Dr today. Dr. Go is kind, caring and compassionate. He explains things so they are easy to understand. I never feel rushed and always feel better after leaving his office. He even walks his patients to the door. He wore a mask and told me how I can extend the life of my mask I was wearing. Thank you Dr. Go. You exemplify the character and quality of a doctor who cares about your patients.

I have been going to Dr Go office since he become part of the parrish team. His knowledge hypothyroidism and what it could lead into, was so helpful. Dr Go, gives time and listens to you, which is hard with todays Dr's.

Don't waste your time trying to see him. You'll need to run a gauntlet as if he is the only doctor who ever practiced endocrinology. His staff is rude, arrogant and condescending and at the end of the day his policies and procedures are his responsibility. They will force you to get a referral even if you have the labs to support an endocrine issue. Then they might refuse you anyway as they did me. Forget this shmuck.

I wish Dr go would have told me at my first visit that my condition was too much for him. I moved to Florida almost years ago and was assuming from his profile that he was experienced with thyroid cancer. Had he told me this I would have researched another doctor instead of experiencing my doctor freaking out on me and sending me to Mayo unnecessarily. Due to the fact that Mayo is not a Medicare participating facility that trip cost me $260.00 over what Medicare & my supplimental plans paid. Went and seen him for the first time yesterday.. OMG! What a awesome doctor! I brought in a list of stuff that was going on with me he sat and listen. Went thru family history to a tee. When I left I had his list of things to do.. Lol. First was blood work got it done the very next morning got a call from his staff going over it with me. AWESOME PEOPLE IN THAT OFFICE!!! I have been a patient of Dr. Go for many years. He always give you his attention, listen to your concerns and he is never in a hurry. He is one of the best doctors around.

Fantastic

In order to get an appointment with Dr GO. I need to have my primary dr send a referral with all of his notes, recent labs and demographics. What is the point of all of this if my primary doesn't treat my thyroid issues. Which is the reason I want to go to an endocrinologist. I don't even need a referral from BCBS but I need one from my primary?! Then first time appointments aren't being booked until April 2019...6 months from now.

Moved and needed a great doctor. Absolute best choice I could have made. Very through and compassionate doctor. Very courteous and professional staff. I without reservation recommend this doctor.

I would highly recommend Dr. Go he is very thorough & takes the time to explains things to you. He is never in a hurry to get in and out of the room. He is AWESOME

Dr.Go was very thorough and informative as many doctors are, however, his genuine concern & kindness took me by surprise. He was not rushed, not that I could tell at least, and he listened to my concerns before he thoughtfully addressed each one. One of my favorite doctors to date and this was only my first visit.

Dr Go is a no-nonsense doctor who clearly tells it like it is. When I first started seeing him for my newly diagnosed diabetes, he had me take classes in nutrition and diabetes education thru Parrish. He spends a lot of time with me at every appointment. Arlene, his nurse practitioner is equally thorough. As a result of their help, I have lost nearly 40 lbs and am gradually getting improved A1C levels as well as reducing my medications. Any patient is lucky to have him as a doctor. Great staff !
