Please go elsewhere is my best advice. I had a routine gall bladder removal years ago and am still suffering to this day from the errors made during and after the surgery.

Had to have a total of 4 office visits, each with a $50 co-pay for one procedure. Two of those were just to have doc come in for less than 5 min to say "go make an appointment for next procedure". Technician was professional, but procedure did not work. Left bruises and the offending veins are still just as visible and painful. Go somewhere else!!

Procedure required 4 visits at $50 co-pay each. Two of those involved waiting about an hour to meet with Curletti for about 5-10 min, just to tell me to make another appointment for the actual procedures. First procedure was done by very knowledgeable and helpful assistant to evaluate the condition of painful varicose veins in my legs. Second procedure was actual vein treatment. Somewhat painful, but bearable. Wore compression stockings for 2 weeks +. End result? $200 later, didn't make a bit of difference. Veins are still bulging and painful, only now I have additional bruises on my legs from the procedure... And no follow-up at all!
