In my one experience with her, my perception is that Dr. Bell is extremely rude to patients and colleagues. Very condescending and unpleasant.

Dr. Bell has been treating me for glaucoma for about 17 months. I find that she is not very thorough when examining my eyes and tend to be very brief, regardless of my eyes being dilated or not. Although Dr. Bell knew my history of additional retina problems, she showed little concern of connecting with my retina doctor to ensure full eye care.

After years of having glaucoma, she gave me information no one gave before

After seeing an ophthalmologist for several years due to glaucoma, I noticed that my peripheral vision on my right side had deteriorated. I decided to see a comprehensive glaucoma specialist. Dr. Bell checked my eyes thoroughly. She did not want me to lose my vision so treated me aggressively. I've had laser surgery in both eyes and I use drops as well. She also follows up regularly. I appreciate her concern and her decision to treat my disease aggressively.

I felt like she cared and I wasn't just another patient and she answered all my questions and told me things that i had not thought of asking but i needed to know

The care is good but you will wait for 1-2 hours to start your appt, with more wait time during the process. Frustrating.
