I was impressed at how friendly everyone was. Dr. Arroyo was exceptional in his handling of me. I will be back if I have further medical problems.

Dr. Arroyo really took his time to talk to me on a personal level, and show he cared about how life’s going. He listened to what I was wanting and really took the time to explain what the next steps were. I would highly recommend Dr. Arroyo!

What a phenomenal experience in every aspect. Friendly & efficient front office staff....little to no wait....Dr. Arroyo took time to get to know me 1st....quick easy check out. He’s been my gynecologist for many years and I have enjoyed a warm, patient/doctor relationship all that time. He’s kind, thorough, and walks you through every step he takes during an exam. He listens and really HEARS you.

Simply the BEST DOCTOR EVER!!!

I have been a patient of Dr Arroyo for more than 10 years. He is absolutely wonderful! Deserves way more than 5 stars!

Excellent OBGYN after 81 days in the hospital Dr Arroyo ensured I was able to deliver a healthy baby boy at 35 weeks. That was almost 16 years ago. I still recommend him to my KCMO friends to this very day.

Dr. Arroyo was my 2nd opinion for a surgery. He was able to do it laparoscopic and I had a much easier recovery and less costly than an open surgery. His bedside manor is incredible & he made me feel at ease prior to surgery. I was informed of the possible worst & best case outcomes, my results were all the best case when I woke up. Dr. Arroyo was nearby when I woke up & greeted me with the news. I’ve never had a doctor nearby after surgery. I’ve always woke up to nurses and news of surgery by my family.

I was a patient of Dr. Arroyo’s for many years. Here is my experience. He told me I wouldn’t be able to get an IUD for birth control since I have never had a child. Not true, most women can get an IUD regardless. Several years ago I asked about getting the HPV vaccine he told me it’s only for teenagers. Not 100% true. Some adults up to the age of 45 can receive it. Now that I’m in my latter 40’s I was concerned, due to all the symptoms I was experiencing, That I might have a hormonal imbalance. My health concerns were treated like a joke by Dr. Arroyo. I’ve never had a doctor make me feel so stupid or shame me the way he did. I took charge of my own health and have since started seeing another physician. Turns out I’m peri menopausal. Needless to say I am no longer Dr. Arroyo’s patient. Never let a Dr shame you for being concerned about your own health.

I really loved doctor Arroyo! He delivered my 5th baby!! I was very happy with his bed side manner during appointments. He showed up to every single appointment I made. He is friendly and caring and always has the best smile on his face! I’m very picky about my OBs and do extensive research and was so happy to have him deliver my beautiful baby girl! I took a chance seeing him almost 5 years ago and it was the best choice ever! He delivered both of our kids and he is so easy to talk to. He supports your decisions on delivering. No pressure and is calm and the best doctor we could ever ask for. The whole office is amazing too.

The best in town, seriously!

He's patient! Great bed side manner and really listens.

I went to five gynecologists in five years and finally found one that was knowledgeable and caring. Highly trained and bedside manner is way above five stars.

Dr Arroyo was not my original dr when I started seeing him 19 years ago. He was the dr on call when my 18 year old came 6 weeks early and I was immediately won over with his calm demeanor and personable care. At my 6 week postpartum checkup with that child, I had spontaneous heavy bleeding and bled through my clothes. He kindly sent me home with one of his lab coats to cover up my embarrassment. He was also incredibly calm and reassuring when I had a placental abruption while pushing in delivery with my 4th child. After my 5th child I was turning 40 and came to the office crying saying I still had a desire to add to our family (we had had many miscarriages). Instead of belittling me, he was kind and caring and said that was great that I wanted more and would always be supportive of my own personal decisions. We did not do any infertility treatments and he did testing that helped explain why we kept losing children. He has always been honest with tough answers and gentle when we have grieved. I am blessed to have 6 surviving children of 16. A new season in my life has started and came with troubling news. He was upfront with me and has never alarmed me. I feel very fortunate that he has been taking care of my health for 19 years and have been able to recommend him to my 25 year old as they begin starting their family soon. It is hard to find a dr who seems to genuinely care, is an excellent physician and enjoys his job and patients. He is not on my new ins plan, but I feel that it is worth it pay out of pocket for the excellent care he gives and his knowledge. I have never felt like I'm a bother to him or been rushed through an appt. I cannot say enough good things about his quality of care and compassion. He has a very calming presence, and speaks with you instead of at you; he exemplifies patience and genuine concern/empathy. My questions were thoroughly and honestly answered, and he easily inspired my complete confidence during a time of confusion and worry. I had never undergone major surgery, but I felt relieved to see Dr. Arroyo in the operating room to perform my c section. He did a fantastic job. Love him. Dr Arroyo has been my ob/gyn since 2018. He is extremely kind and compassionate. He offered timely medical advice for an induced delivery and helped me have a healthy baby. I freaked out when he said I needed an induction but he was very understanding and explained the process, and I'm glad I trusted him. Very happy with his service

Dr. Arroyo was wonderful to work with. His calm demeanor was just what i needed when navigating my first pregnancy and delivery. Dr. Arroyo was very thorough and answered all of my questions and helped alleviate my concerns. I would definitely recommend him!

Dr. Arroyo is a great OBGYN who spends quality time with you as a patient. I recommend him to anyone in the KC area.

Throughout my entire pregnancy I was treated with the utmost respect. He was kind and professional during appointments, always making sure any of my questions were answered while keeping conversation light hearted. When it came time for delivery, I fully trusted his judgement. He made decisions with my baby in his best interest rather than rushing the process along like I know many doctors would. My pregnancy was so easy and exciting thanks to Dr. Arroyo, I really can't recommend him enough.

I have seen Dr.Arroyo for 6 yrs. I went to an Appointment in August 2015 with a lump on my breast. He felt it and said it was a cyst. He did not and would not order any tests. I now have stage 3 breast cancer. My concerns with this doctor is that he is not thorough.

Dr. Arroyo was great, with my first child I was unprepared and worried. I would scare myself as to how everything could go wrong and Dr. Arroyo used facts and his experiences in order to keep me calm and prepare me for what to expect. My pregnancy and delivery then became much less stressful from that initial visit on. I felt at ease knowing that my child and myself were in good hands. I am currently pregnant with my second child and he was the obvious choice! Thank you Dr. Arroyo!
