avoid this doctor. his staff are among the worst out there will not even return a phone call after leaving repeated messages. if the staff are the doctors right hand, this doctor has no hands. that is exactly the impression i got from talking to his staff. avoid, avoid. go to another pain doctor with a more friendly staff who will be willing to help you. avoid

Dr Padron has been a life saver for me. I have complicated issues and he was extremely patient in going over every detail of what I have gin for on and formulating a plan that allows me to continue living my life. With out him I don't know if I would have nearly the same quality of life.

The receptionist in this office is incompetent and lies, and then gets defensive and rude when she's called out on it. I saw the doctor once, for about 15 minutes and he seemed ok. I then wasted a month trying to get the office to respond to voicemails and emails sent to their patient portal. I needed an MRI, and couldn't get that scheduled because the order was never sent. They also never sent the order for physical therapy. Then I was given a prescription by that same receptionist that was

Dr Padron was amazing explained everything to me in detail and the best way to manage my back pain and his staff was right on time with my appointment got me in and out and they followed up with my appointment ,reminder call ..i give this place 5 stars on staff and Doctor .thank you very much

I have been coming to Dr.Pardon for over 5yrs,I was in pretty bad shape dealing with my back and related back issues,Dr.Pardon thru his skill,Knowledge and determination got me up and walking again,I pretty much owe my life to Dr.Pardon and the staff at Park Ridge pain,there is not a more caring and competent pain specialist I would go to!!!

Dr. Ernesto and his Staff are very Professional and Kind. Always on time and respectful. Smiles are abound at his office.
