Great, everything wonderful, very polite and professional.

After waiting weeks to get in for An appointment that my husband desperately needed ... we show up and wait almost two hours past our appt Time (standing in hallway because waiting room was overflowed from overbooking) the Receprionost / nurse asks for our Aetna Insurance card. I proceed to Show her my digital card... she starts being rude saying NO I must have card.. I said Aetna doesn't send cards anymore. I can email you a copy for your file.. she storms away slams the office door goes back in the office and doesn't come back for 30 More minutes.. meanwhile I'm calling Aetna frantic for help.. Aetna starts calling into the Dr Fonts office and the lady keeps Hanging up on Aetna. Said it is there Corp rules.. so we had to leave with No Dr visit to the lung specialist for illness that my husband has been hospitalized for a and needs to be seen. Didn't even offer us to self pay even when we clearly had insurance.. needless to say we are now awaiting the next appt at a different doctor in a few weeks... Dr Fonts office is a terrible healthcare service and does not truly care about patients. I arrived at 9:30 AM for my 10 AM appt. and found over 15 people. Apparently the Dr. schedules everyone at 10 am - Does not arrive until 10:30 AM and it's by first come first serve. Needless to say after I found all that out - I left. My time is as valuable as the Dr's. I probably would have waited over 3 hours - Unacceptable.
