Dr. AGABAYANI has been a wonderful Dr to me and now deceased mom..he was so kind and helpful to my mom who was 92..his professionalism has been great with me as well..I would recommend him highly..

I had a problem paying for a prescription and Dr. A provided me with the medicine and helped me find a suitable generic saving me 500.00. He is a very good PCP who I have used for many years now and would reccomend to anyone.

Knowledgeable, caring, considerate and helpful, an outstanding professional.

Honestly would not give him even a single star, he pretty much dismissed me as soon as i told him my problem. Also wouldn’t even take his eyes off of his screen, and he misdiagnosed me as anorexic when as a matter of fact i have MALS disease

Very frustrated with this doctor. He is more about letting students come in, without asking me if it is ok. He wouldn’t come in at all. I had called and called for a week and asked for an appt then finally left a message about refilling my script from a previous dr that I had before I moved to West Virginia (anxiety meds), he told me he didn’t believe in them and I should go to a psychiatrist and refused to talk to me about it. Then another time, I had serious issues with my side and he said it was in my head. It turned out I needed to have my gallbladder removed. It is just ridiculous and very sad that I put my trust into him as a doctor and his subjective opinion overrules this medical path of taking care of the patient. On top of all of that… I found out my daughter takes her 4 year old abs 8 year old to him. She called to see what vaccines her 4 year old was going to get at her next appointment… which was tomorrow, and she left messages with no response. She finally went there and they said oh we aren’t taking kids under 18 anymore. When were they going to let her know. Insane!!! I recommend finding someone who cares. Would honestly not even give him a single star. Dismisses me and my issues. Every time I try to contact him he will not listen to what i have to say and interrupts me when i do try to tell him whats going on.

This place doesn't have their shit together. They don't know how to return calls or even tell you the truth. Go anywhere else.

I made an appointment to be a new patient over 2 months ago, and was given July 20th as the date I’d be seeing the doctor, due to COVID. When I arrive for my appointment they would not see me because someone forgot to put me on the schedule.

While Dr Agbayani is a good primary care physician and his staff friendly, the office is not run well. My negative experiences have been in dealing with prescriptions not being faxed to my pharmacy and lab orders not being called in or faxed to Berkeley Medical Center. Even after calling the office multiple times and being reassured that they will take care of my problem immediately, they don't. I have learned over the past 3 yrs to go to the office and pick up paper prescriptions or lab orders and deliver them myself. Dr Agbayani is not affiliated with Berkeley Medical and therefore doesn't benefit from their online services which creates problems in communication. Great doctor for kids and adults. Don’t listen to the naysayers.

Im very happy i switched Primary doctor's. Dr. Agbayani listens and cares about whats going on witb his patients. The staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Agbayani does everthing in his professional powers to help his patients get to the root of there medical issues and always takes the extra effort to refer you to another specialist if needed. I would never go to this place ever, I wouldn’t care if it was the last doctors office on earth!! So rude and don’t explain nothing to knew patients that’s never been there before. I’m not even from here told them that weeks before my appointment I scheduled a appointment for a depo they told me they can do it on that day, went there and they asking me did I bring it??? Where I’m from they already have them there I don’t know nothing about bringing know depo shot to a doctor office. If that was explained to me weeks ago I would have knew that’s how they work up here and it wouldn’t been a problem nor a surprise nor sound crazy to me. Dr. Agbayani has been my primary care physician since I was a young child. He has always treated every issue I came to him with the upmost knowledge. I find him to be more compassionate than some healthcare professionals can be.

Our family absolutely loves Dr. Agbayani and his amazing staff! My husband and I and our two sets of twins are all patients and we are so thankful we have found a family doctor that we all feel comfortable with. Everyone in the office is so friendly and have made each appointment a great experience. Thanks, Dr. A and team!

Would never recommend this office. The office manager (wife) is terrible! She told me that I had never been seen at the office, nor did they have my records, yet she had a chart for me. Was told I needed to start over and see if the Dr would accept me as a new patient, even though I had been in the office previously. She needs to remember we have choices in healthcare, and to use some customer service skills, I am paying YOU, not the other way around. I have taken my family's business elsewhere

Would NOT recommend. Did NOT listen to my concerns about my pain and two years later I find out my tailbone is broken when I see a pain management Doctor. At follow up visit because pain was still present, I asked about an X-ray and he dismissed my concerns and no further medical action was taken. Finally changed insurance and primary care and was sent for X-ray on the same day as the new patient appointment because of my continued pain. Felt very rushed during visit and he was late.

Dr. Agbayani is a very excellent physician I would recommend him anytime to anyone and to my closest friends and family members.

Awesome experience! I and my family have been going to Dr. Agbayani for years and he has been taking care of us excellently. He is very thorough, very kind and compassionate. He is very professional and courteous, his staff is excellent as well...

Dismissive of symptoms that would be fatal without treatment. ER visit following day, because I was feeling so bad, which showed bilateral pulmonary embolisms.

I called his office to inquire about becoming a possible new patient. The absolute insulting experience ever! The receptionist told me that I should stay where I was at and that the dr would have to review my records to see if he would accept me as a patient. I would never go to a place like this. I'm a professional women with no real medical issues that pays dearly for insurance! Just disgusting!
