My name is Jack Wilson and I am 11 years old and have been seeing Dr Loewenstein for a few years now and everything went PERFECT every appointment. Totally recommend this 5/5!

Had a great experience with Dr. Loewenstein for my annual eye exam, with none of the pushiness I've come to expect from optometrists associated with big name-brand eyewear. Got good information about my prescription, and honest answers to my questions without trying to sell me anything. I will be coming back whenever I need my prescription updated. Went for an eye exam and had very pleasant experience, to say the least. Doctor was kind, funny, and very friendly. Would recommend!

I had a really great visit with Dr. Loewenstein. I moved to the neighborhood last year and his office happens to be fairly close by. Dr. Ernest Loewenstein was very friendly, took the time to explain everything. I thought the converted home to a doctor's office was comfortable and welcoming as well.

The sweetest and most informed eye doctor out there. He is diligent, thorough, and patient.

Dr. Lowenstein is quite simply the most learned and compassionate Optometrist in the world. His expert care allowed my son, Rafael, to overcome several vision related challenges to learning. We are indebted to him forever.

Dr. L. is an old-fashioned real doctor. Cares. Takes the time to figure out exactly what's going on and what will work. I went to him after going to several other optometrists who all gave me prescriptions that did not work well. Dr. L. looked, thought, experimented, until he had the right prescription. Now I can see. I'm now going to be frustrated going to anyone else (if I ever need to) because it's so unlikely that they'll take the time -- and have the expertise -- to do it right. Thank you, Dr. L! I went to Dr. Loewenstein for lazy eye therapy. That was in 2010 maybe. I believe it lasted a year or so. He's honest and makes funny jokes. When he thought what he could do for my eyes were at a max point, he tells me that is all we can do and I really appreciated that. I was 25 at that time and treating lazy eye at that age is extremely difficult. My vision for that particular eye is barely existent. He helped me understand how to control the movement of the lazy eye. But was honest that the vision is as good as it gets and that it won't ever get better. Having a turned eye had and could affect an individual's confidence, so having little control of it prior to the therapy, I was extremely conscious of people staring at me. Now, I feel more in control and less conscious. We have also been back for our annual eye exams, now with our 5 year old daughter. We will continue to bring the family back for eye exams. I've seen him since I was a child for vison therapy. I had a lazy eye. He helped me so much. He is the nicest man and unbelievably good at what he does. He is a gem!!!!!

Has to be the best doctor hands down I've ever had!! Words cannot express how much he helped my son who required eye therapy. If you are looking to see if he is the doctor for you, you will not be disappointed. The man is brilliant .

Phenomenal doctor. Old school setting in a cozy house. Is actually interested in taking care of you and has the expertise to do so. Almost seems like he does this as a hobby, because it doesn't seem like he takes that many people. Referred by my neurologist at Tufts
