Dr. Ernest Lee Hendrix

The office manager woman was very racist and completely disrespectful, unprofessional... YOU NAME IT! She called the cops on my business owner friend who introduced himself and his company and showed his work order and because he's BLACK or American Native she yells at him and calls the cops. How so very very very racist and disrespectful. No one should support this business not ever. THEY ARE VERY RACIST... RACIST... RACIST... I'VE SEEN MANY COMPANIES GO OUT OF BUSINESS IN MY FIELD OF LAW!

You will not see the doctor but inept nurse practitioners. The office staff is rude and they will bill you even when you do not have a copay. They bilked us out of thousands until we left.

I would recommend Dr. Hendrix to everyone who should seek a good family doctor, with courteous staff, and none of the typical patient juggling to lesser qualified technicians-seen in most offices where the doctor himself rarely sees his patient.I have only great things to say about this particular Doctor, and recommend him as a family doctor with great experience and great patient care.

I have been seeing Dr. Hendrix for about 3 years and have always been impressed with his, personality, and caring attitude. He kept me on as a patient after Med Care East left without notice. He cut my pain medications in half which was fine and was working great. I was willing to do about anything to stay on with him. In 3 years as a patient either directly or indirectly not 1 bad drug screen. He takes a leave of absence I instantly have 2 test show Phentenyl, which I have not taken since 2015 for about a month. I called about an appointment a day before was told I had been dismissed. A letter requiring my sig, was sent out, which I never received and was told they had not received my verification slip back. Proving I never received it. I contacted lab and was told 1-2 meds I take çould cause false positives, but how do u contest a drug screen? Took 2nd test by another MD, was negative. I don't have another doctor. I want to keep Dr. Hendrix. If not I will miss him & wonderful staff.

Great doctor and nice to his patients and cares about your wellbeing! Also has a very friendly staff! Definitely would recommend this doctor to anyone looking for one.

Christin Hendrix, Nurse Pract, They require an in office visit every 3 months, whether you are sick or not, do not have any health changes, otherwise they will not refill prescriptions. This policy is a blatant attempt to maximize profits at the patients and their insurance companies expense.

I have been seeing Dr. Hendrix for almost 10 years. He is very understanding. He will listen to you and not rush out the door as soon as he walks in it. He is not a pill pusher. If he thinks you don't need it he will not give it to you. I appreciate everything he has done for me and my family.
