Dr. Alci is a great doctor. He was able to diagnose my pain and fix it with surgery. I am so much better just two weeks after surgery than I have been in many months. He is extremely polite, friendly, knowledgeable and informative. His nurses are the best as well. I would highly recommend this doctor for anyone with back pain.

Excellent and precise in providing injection in lumbar 5, 6 and 7 in back by Dr. Alci yesterday. Dr. Alci explained everything before and as he was doing procedure and afterwards. Very caring and expert in his knowledge and patient care. This is the second time in over a year Dr. Alci has provided this procedure and I highly recommended him and his staff. The medical team is the best!

I have been seeing Dr. Alci for three years now and very happy with what he has done for me with my back.

They are always on time and everyone is courteous. Medicine was ordered for preparation of surgery

Dr. Alci was very patient answering all my questions. He explained my current situation, options, potential risks, etc. very professional, confident and kind.

I have finally found a practice where everyone from check-in to our departure were compassionate towards my current Issues and eager to get me started as soon as possible as best they could. Looking forward to all of it without apprehensions.

Dr Alci is a great doctor. He showed me where the injury was on the MRI. He explained the different possibilities of how the injury may have occurred. He told me what to do to increase the likelihood of a quick recovery. He told me what not to do and gave me timelines of when to continue during certain activities. When I left the Medical Facility I felt confident of what to do and what not to do and that has not always been the case after previous doctors visits. The overall experience was great and Its a relief to find a good doctor that I can trust and feel comfortable with.

He takes his time he listens to you when you are talking he takes his time and goes over everything and he is very caring

Dr. Alci is absolutely the best. He has made me whole again.

Received my first “lumbar” injection, administered by Dr. Alci. I could not have imagined a smoother process. Of course there was a little initial pain with the numbing medication injected, but that, along with the actual lumbar injection was easily tolerable and so far I’ve already felt some relief and the worst part had just been the bandaid pulling some of the hairs on my back. Thank you Dr. Alci, and the lovely assistant who talked me through too. ???? 1/11/2023 Had followup MRI read and reviewed after thousands of back stretching exercises. Greatly appreciated chat with Dr Alci and the good results. Thank you to all the support staff as well.

Best doctor ever!!! He cares about you. He takes the time to explain everything to you. He done acdf level 3 neck surgery on me. I no longer have any of the symptoms I had before surgery. Not completely healed but in the way for sure. Thank you Dr. Alci you are a lifesaver for sure

Had ACDF cervical neck surgery Sept 2022. No problem with the surgery. Recovery was excellent I received the best of care from Dr Alci. All thumbs up for his skill as a surgeon

Everyone is kind and friendly. Stacey always goes above and beyond. Katelynn has always been top notch when taking care of things for my last two surgeries. Dr. Alci takes all of the time that is needed to explain everything and answer all of your questions!

Great DR and super great personality and very honest and knowledgeable

I was in major pain. I was able to be seen the same day. Dr Alci was excellent, trying to give exercises and medication to ease the pain. Ill be placed in therapy to start with. Staff was also helpful

Went in for spinal injection and was greeted with very personable nurses. After entering the room, Dr Alci explained the procedure step by step. He also let me know of possible side effects and the duration of them if I encountered the side effects. I would highly recommend Dr Alci and his staff.

This is a busy practice in Conway. All staff have been kind and helpful to me. I have seen three physicians and a NP and am impressed with the quality of medical staff. Most of my experience has been with Dr. Alci, whom I believe is extremely bright and a skilled spinal surgeon. He performed 4 spinal surgeries on me in the last 5 years. I am much better today.
