Dr Silav is a dr. I would recommend everyone avoid at all costs! She ignored my complaints for months that my pain had skyrocketed and the meds she had me on were no longer working. I was in the ER every two seconds it felt. I kept telling her I wanted off the medication and onto a non narcotic! Her solution was to do more procedures instead. Why? Its simple...more procedures more money for her. Since I stopped seeing this so called pain mgmt dr my life has done a complete turn around. I haven't been to an ER due to pain since April 2012(last time I saw her). I've also found a great pain mgmt dr who listens to me! I am typically not one to write reviews but I had to take the time to warn you about this doctor. 1st. For the exception of 1 person at the office, the staff is very unfriendly and and unhelpful. They appear as is they would rather be doing anything else rather than assisting you. 2nd. From day 1 with the doctor it was a very contentious. Without even knowing me or my situation she told me what medication i will be taking and how i will be taking it. I was treated as if i was a child. I have

Dr Silav is very kind and very compassionate....a doctor who seems to truly feel for her patient who is in terrible pain. She is extremely easy to talk for those who have difficulty meeting new doctors and freeze while communicating.

Excellent office, scheduled for my procedure in no time due to a cancellation. Staff and doctor are pleasant.

Has been a patient at this clinic for multiple years. The doctor is really good at explaining all the next steps and very pleasant. Great staff and beautiful/clean office.

I have been going to Dr. Silav for back pain management for 2 years now. She has always been nice and takes the time to listen. Her staff has always been helpful and Debbie who does the refills has always called me back. The office is busy but what doctors office isn't these days. I would recommend Dr. Silav for pain management.

Terrible!I specifically needed to see Dr. Silav for chronic pain and fibromyalgia.She tried to sell me on neck/back problems, pain medication. I made it clear when I made the appt that I only needed to see her for chronic pain and fibromyalgia. Her staff made an appt with me. During our visit I made it clear again what I needed, and Dr. Silav told me she did not treat these issues. I was disappointed and she got rude. She took my money first! $35. I should be refunded!

Dr. Silav is friendly and listens well. She shows concern and explains treatment options so you can easily understand.
