Erin M Ozgun

I’m not sure if there is a lack of communication between staff members or an overload of work, but it is difficult to get your prescriptions and any other paperwork completed even during your office visit and the staff has a lack of concern for your needs I’m waiting on paperwork to be completed from December. I’ve visited him since that time and it was to be completed then. I’m still waiting with no accountability. They don’t respond through the patient portal either.

Love Dr Ozgun

Dr Ozgun is very very good Dr I've been with him for many years now and I wouldn't go with anyone else at this point you'll love him.

Caring, thorough, and professional.

First visit with Dr Ozgun. Very through and friendly. Answered all my question. Been going to this practice for several years and this was the best Dr visit.

Dr. Ozgun and his staff are really nice, but the weight is very long.

Staff members were professional and friendly. The facility was neat and clean. I was late because it was my first visit and I initially went to the wrong building. I share that because my wait was kinda long & perhaps my tardiness contributed. The doctor spoke with me in clear terms and I felt informed. Overall great visit.

Dr. Ozgun and his personal staff are wonderful....but the Practice needs to work on answering/returning calls.
