She had been recommended by my daughter whose whole family goes to Dr. Reid and have a lot of confidence in her. From the time Dr. Reid walked into the room until she left I thought she had an unusually calm and friendly manner. She diagnosed my concern and was able to treat it at the time. I will need to return for an evaluation.

Dr. Reid was great! Very thorough and made me feel comfortable!

Their appointments are on time, their staff is friendly and knowledgeable, Dr. Reid listens to me and meets all my expectations and then some. I have been going to Dermatology Specialists for decades and I have never been disappointed by any of their providers. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Reid and staff were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable during my office visit. I would highly recommend her.

Reid is sloppy and careless and left a huge scar behind. I had a 3 mm mole with possible cancer that needed to be removed. By her own admission, she needed to take an additional 4 mm around the mole. That would mean that my wound would be 11 mm across if she was careful. I measured it 3 months later and it was still 40 mm wide. What was she thinking? The next dermatologist I went to told me it would scar. Don't trust her - she doesn't pay attention to what she is doing and she doesn't care. Almost a year later my scar is still over 22 mm wide.

Erika reid was amazing. Easy & surprisingly painless procedure. Fast procedure. I am so happy with results. She was very easy to talk to. Very lovely and very professional.

Dr. Reid has a warm and friendly manner, listens well and is very thorough in her consideration of your condition. I value having her as my dermatologist.

Ive been seeing Dr Reid for over a year now and I can’t say enough nice things about her- she makes you feel comfortable, she’s friendly and conversational, and she’s very professional and clearly excellent at what she does. Dermatology Specialists is the only clinic I go to for any skin needs!

Dr Reid was very warm and caring. She explained what the issue was how it would be fixed and was finished with the procedure before I could tell her she didn’t need to tell me when she did it. I would recommend her.

Extremely satisfied with my first visit to this doctor and this practice. The staff are all very welcoming and efficient and I was seen without any wait at all. Dr Reid was very friendly and also thorough, explaining things as I asked about a couple of skin issues. Very quick in and out but this place gets the job done! Knowledgeable and immediately put my daughter at ease. I really appreciated that Dr. Reid treated my teen daughter with respect and didn’t direct questions at me rather than at my daughter who was the person being seen. It seems like common sense, but that has not been our experience with other healthcare professionals, so thank you! Also, Dr. Reid suggested options but didn’t force anything. Dr Reid is great! My previous dermatologist who I also thought was great moved away so I was in search of a new one. I'm so glad I found her through a referral. I'm unfortunately blessed with lots of moles so I get to visit her a few times year. Highly recommend her if you are in search of a dermatologist.

My experience was excellent starting from arriving early and being taken to my exam room 15 minutes early. The nurses were friendly and good, and Dr Reid was as well. Thorough, considerate, helpful

Highly recommend. Dr Reid was very thorough, nice, and an all around great doctor. The staff was great from start to finish. No complaints!

Dr. Reid is terrific and is a real sweetheart. Their clinic is very well organized and operates smoothly.

If I could leave no stars, then I would. I was seen by Dr. Reid on Nov 1. She only spent about 5 minutes with me, less than the nurse spent! This would have been totally fine, had she actually written me the right prescription for an underarm rash cream. I had told her nurse exactly what I was taking and how it wasn’t helping so far. She wrote me a prescription for the exact same cream, exact same strength and dose. What’s better is that she treated me like a child and didn’t even tell me what the cream was. She then very quickly got up and left, and had her nurse bring me a brochure for an expensive laser treatment for my face ( which I had asked about and was grateful for, but it wasn’t my primary reason for the visit!!). It wasn’t until I got to the pharmacy that I found out what had happened ( about two-three hours later). I called the office and ended up speaking to the nurse, who told me Dr. Reid had misread the label, and that she would send over a new prescription right away. I was told I should have it in an hour. Well, that prescription was NEVER sent over!!! I ended up having to go to the minute clinic and they prescribed me something else right there. However, this story gets EVEN better. I had been getting random allergic-like, hive-like rashes very randomly all over my skin. I brought pictures of these rashes to Dr. Reid. She didn’t seem too worried and said that the cream she prescribed ( which I TOLD her did NOT work for me) would help. It didn’t help with the underarm or random rashes. When I went to the minute clinic later that day, and showed the PA there the pictures, as well as explained what had been happening, she took one look and said that I needed to get an allergy test done as soon as possible ( both chemical as well as food). She wasn’t able to refer me, but told me to follow up with the doctor. She wasn’t even a dermatologist, but knew more than Dr. Reid. I am unbelievably disappointed in this treatment, and now I have two appointments to pay for. This is ridiculous, if Dr. Reid cannot do her job, then she should not be working as a doctor.
