Dr. Erika Pang

Dr Pang was a big diappointment. I had a diagnosis of brugada(where you can have a sudden death cardiac event) and she could care less. Her nurse did an EKG and it was normal. You do not have a normal EKG with brugada. Dr Pang's repsonse was "it happens sometimes". Obviously, Dr Pang was not familiar with burgada and was to lazy to google to educated herself. Instead, she did NOTHING! She was not interested in understanding what was going on and DID NOT refer me to cardiology. She did not request my medical records and her nurse lied to me TWICE about making a request for the records. I checked with my previous hospital and they NEVER made a request. Dr Pang did not care. I had another EKG done by a different doctor and it showed brugada. I was immediately referred to cardiology. In addition, I had labs done in Nov and Dr Pang sent me a card in the mail with the results in late January. I had a low vit D which she did not write a prescription for until Feb 10th. What a disappointment. How can you treat a patient with such incompetence. I would not take a my healthy dog to Dr Pang.

Dr Pang has been my VA Physician for a number of years and I could not be more pleased with her and her current staff ... Dr. Pang is friendly, knowledgeable and prompt seeing me close to my appointment time ... Hope Dr. Pang does not retire anytime soon
