I called to make an appointment but the girl who answered the phone asked if I’d ever had workers comp. When I said yes but it was thirty years ago she said I couldn’t become a new patient. Are you kidding me? What kind of bs is that? If that’s the kind of people she had working for her I wouldn’t go there. I don’t care how convenient it may be.

Had a growth and been on a wild goose chase for years and now I'm being told it's nothing when it's grown and the doctor has physically seen it. They asked no questions about it, they just accepted the lab results and I guess that satisfied them. That's not acceptable, I don't know if it's a cyst or a tumor or something else. I have gotten zero answers. It really feels like I'm just going for the sake of fulfilling their quota for x amount of patients getting blood work and scans done so the pharmacy companies hand Dr Conor a bonus. I'm sick of it. Her and her staff obviously don't care about people, I'm just another copay.

I'm reading these reviews and wondering, did these people go to my doctors office? Because these bad comments don't sound like my doctors office at all. Dr Connor and her staff are all friendly, attentive and helpful. They all do their very best to get you as healthy as possible. Do they have an off day? I was with conners since I was a kid, well no more. I am currently searching for a new doctor. I do have to say, I love the doctors/nurses, and back room staff... but On the other hand the desk personnel is lacking. If you are sensitive or have any type of social issues or mental health issues I would NOT advise going here. The phone/desk lady with long curly brown hair is extremely rude and condescending lacks basic social skills. I swear there is not an ounce of politeness in her. While the doctor herself is amazing. The rest of the staff lack any manners. There is ONE nurse there who is incredible. Melissa is wonderful. I had it marked to not see Betty as she is AWFUL, rude, and just not adequate for the job, and sure enough, she was who they had see my son. And she was beyond rude to him! Threw a temper tantrum and stomped herself out of the room ranting and cussing As a patient, this is just unacceptable! While the doctor herself is amazing. The rest of the staff lack any manners. Always thorough and professional!

I have been seeing Dr.Connor for approximately 4 years. We moved twice and I still will make the drive to her office. She has always gone above and beyond with my care and listened when other drs wouldn't. She does NOT give you the ring around and makes sure to get to the bottom of your problems and needs. I couldn't be happier and reccomend her to anyone!!!! The laddies in the office are also super friendly and helpful. They always know my name without asking and always compliment me when I walk in. Dr. Connor has always made me feel welcome, and on the days I have to bring my children she makes sure they feel welcome too. They love the candy treat at the end of my appointment. Dr. Connor and nurses are great. The receptionist is so rude and unprofessional that I am changing to another PCP. It may sound crazy that someone would leave a MD that they trust but the unprofessionalism and rudeness I experienced should never happen to anyone let alone someone trying to take care of health issues.

Didn't even get to have an experience. The first time I called the receptionist seemed like she didn't want to work and flat out said they were not accepting patients. No questions about insurance or history... just nothing. But every web site she is listed on said they were. So I waited a couple and I called again. They refused to accept me as a patient because I had A workers comp case. They didn't bother to find out the circumstances of it. Just flat out refused because I had One workman comp case. Which my job suggested I file to help support my children while I was injured. Didn't even get to have an experience.
