Dr. Jansen is excellent. He and his entire staff are courteous and professional. He was friendly, explained every step clearly, and made me feel at ease the entire time. I had zero pain during the entire root canal process and after the anesthesia had worn off. Would recommend him to anyone needing root canal treatment.

Dr. Jansen is awesome. I had to get a root canal today and going to his office was one of the best dental experiences I've had in a really long time. He made me feel very comfortable, answered all of my questions I had, checked on me throughout the entire root canal process, and gave me step by steps with what he was doing. Excellent care. Dr. Jansen was very good at explaining what he was doing. His staff was kind as well as professional. Clean office. I would highly recommend him for a root canal or any other dental need.

I had a root canal done yesterday. Dr. Jansen and his staff were amazing and very profesional. He was super nice and friendly. Most importantly, he was very thorough when explaining the procedure and that made me feel more at ease. It was a completely painless experience for me. I would highly recommend him!

I went in for an unexpected root canal. Dr. Jansen was top notch. Not only was he friendly and welcoming, he made it pretty much pain free. His calm demeanor put me at ease. He will be the only one to do any future root canals if needed.

After suffering serious injuries in an automobile crash after a driver ran a red light I was referred to Dr. Jansen. He was amazing and truly went above and beyond. He came in on a day off to take care of the FOUR root canals I needed. Because of his quick action I truly feel my mouth has been given the best chance to heal. He was kind, gracious, always explaining everything. He took what could have been a very difficult time and made it as pleasant as possible. He and his staff are tremendous. I have now visited both the Cleveland and the Ooltewah office and the staff at both were gracious, kind, and caring. Thank you doesn’t not begin to cover how I feel. He will always be the person I will recommend for anyone needing Endodontics!!!

What a tremendous experience! From the moment I walked in, until the moment I left, I felt valued as both a person and a patient. Kristen was the perfect dental assistant. Dr. Jansen was outstanding! He made me feel at ease, while providing me with an overview of what would be happening. He seems to be truly interested in his patients. He made my procedure unpainful and easy. I would definitely recommend Dr. Jansen for anyone looking for a true professional at their craft.

I've had two root canals with Dr. Jansen and I won't go anywhere else. The staff is kind and caring and Dr. Jansen explains everything he is doing, which makes the whole process less stressful. Great patient care, professional staff, and kindness from the front desk to the chair. I recommend him to everyone.

I was apprehensive about getting a root canal but those fears proved unfounded after meeting and having the procedure with Dr. Jansen. Professional, kind, explained anything I needed or wanted to know as it was happening. I honestly never thought I would say this however I had a great experience getting a root canal.

I've seen Dr. Jensen for a number of years now, and I have nothing but good things to say about him. He has done several root canals on my teeth (including two this morning!), and I had almost no pain, either during or later after the numbing went away. I like the way he communicates the whole time, letting me know what he's doing so I don't get scared by odd noises or sensations. Also, if a tooth doesn't actually need a root canal, he'll tell you. I really trust his judgment and his work.

I have had many experiences in dental offices, however, there are not enough "stars" to rate my visit to Dr. Jansen's Ooltewah office last Friday! From the moment I walked in I felt the extra special care begin! It was the easiest root canal I've ever had! AND that little "warm towel" was great.

This was my first experience with an endodontist - never had anything but general dentistry before. Explained procedure and options thoroughly.Continually asked about my pain level. Friendly and courteous staff. Appointment scheduling was easy and convenient (due to several locations). I heard terrible stories about having a root canal. I must say that it was a pleasant experience - not bad at all. Absolutely no pain with the procedure!

While I was getting run around between my family medical doctor, ENT, and dentist, Dr. Jansen's office stayed informed of the situation, communicating with all of my doctors and recommending reserved, cautionary courses of action.
