Dr. Erik Jon Furman

The most rude office manager "Ms Office Manager and receptionist " I cannot rate the DR. I can speak for both the receptionist who answered the phone and ms office manager who will tell you very nasty " don't call her ms office manager because thats rude. I thought of many other things to call her but felt that was best. They dont patients. They need patience.

I appreciate the professional atmosphere of the doctor and staff.i thank them for the ability to make me feel comfortable and give me excellent care

Dr. Furman and his staff are definitely there for their patients. They are all kind and make every effort to see that needs are met. Dr. Furman listens and responds thoughtfully. His medical skills are excellent and what we often think of as insurmountable problems are fixed. I highly recommend Dr. Furman to anyone needing an excellent physician. Dr Furman is a wonderful DR. Always very attentive to all your medical needs. And he is very knowledgeable if many fields of medicine. I highly recommend him if your looking for a great dr and not just a doctor that will see you and reffer you out!

Dr. Eric Furman was attentive, professional and I trust his medical judgement. Staff is always courteous and professional. Very Helpful, easy to schedule

Excellent visit: puntactual, informative and friendly staff and physician

The Dr is great IF you can get information to him. The nursing staff fields his calls and decided what to put in front of him and what not to. I want paying to see the staff, I want the actual DR to decide what he will and will not do. If you can get past the staff and to the the Dr EVERYTIME you need anything or have a question then you're ok. But they decide what to put on his desk. After too many rounds with the staff I just moved and found a Dr whos staff allows the Dr to treat his patients as HE see fit.

A place that has a “Dr” that you would assume becomes a Dr to actually help people only to find out that when it comes time to pay all that goes out the window. Why is this being said? Called to schedule an appt! “Ok great let’s get from info you” last question who’s your insurance? Self pay, ok hold please. Pickup- sorry we’re at max number of self pay customers! Sorry. - ok so what your saying you have a limit on self pay because you can’t charge them $5000 for a urinalysis? Sounds about right. Good to know you’re one of the reasons healthcare is screwed up in America. Only in it for the money. This place is in it for medical sales number not actual treatment. The nurse came in and took notes of the multiple issues I was having. I asked about a referral to an endocrine specialist to possibly help with the hormone, GI, sleep, etc.. problems I was having and she proceeded to tell me that an endocrinologist doesn't deal with female hormones!!!(I am currently using estrogen/progesterone cream) what?? She said I should just go to a gyno. umm I have but I don't know if I am taking enough or needed testosterone too so I wanted to see a specialist. Then before she left I told her that my eye has been twitching a lot lately as well (neck and upper back pain was one of my complaints as well) and she said oh I don't wear glasses!!!! what??? why would that cause eye twitching???? I got xrays that day (12th) and called on the 15th and the lady argued with me and told me that someone called on the 13th, and I told her they had not because I checked both phones and voice mail. She then told me they only call with results on wed and fri and I said "so I have to wait until next wed?" No one called that day and now its Monday and I just called the imaging place and they said they called with the report the same day I got them done!!!!! No one has called still!!! oh and I told Dr. Furman I get anxiety and do not like to take pills in general because I have a stronger reaction and he prescribed a high dose muscle relaxer! I took just a sliver of the pill that night and was up for 3 hours because I felt really weird and had anxiety. Will never go to this physician again! Dr. Furman takes all the time you need to discuss your problem to get it resolved. Great staff

Very condescending, rude, didn't even gather all the info needed to make a diagnosis. Went for 2nd opinion and was told the opposite of what Dr Furman said. Would never recommend him.

Not easy to talk to. Doesn't listen well. Very opinionated but doesn't hear. Will not go back.

IT WAS GREAT.YOU DON'T EVER WANT TO GO TO THE DOCTOR, HOWEVER, THE TIMES WHEN YOU HAVE TO GO ITS GREAT TO HAVE A DOCTOR LIKE DR FURMAN TO COUNT ON.
