I had a tooth extracted in 2010 for orthodontic purpose and I didnt had to use a pain killer medicine after that. So in 2019 , he was the only surgeon I considered to have my daughters tooth extracted for the same purpose. No issue/

They use the best technology to help assure precision in treatment. My husband had two implants placed yesterday in an hour with only minimal post operative discomfort. Today he is pain free. Also this practice works with the VA and the veterans choice program. Handling the beaurocracy of the VA can be challenging to any dental practice. I am posting this review for mine and my daughters personal experience with Dr. Belinfante. Yesterday, my 16 year old daughter, Macie had all four wisdom teeth surgically removed. First of all, my daughter is very afraid of needles and I was not able to be in the room to comfort her. After surgery, she told me she loved Dr. Belinfante. Then the story started, “mommy, I was scared of the needle but Dr. Belinfante held my hand and it was like having you there with me.” I literally had to hold back tears after hearing this. My daughter is the one who insisted she tell Dr. B her experience, and I was more than happy to agree. The staff is professional, friendly and the entire experience went smoothly. She is still in pain which is to be expected but she left overall with a touching memory she will one day remember while taking her own child in for surgery. Oh and she says no nerve damage cause she can definitely feel her face today, although she’s very swollen. Thank you so very much for taking care of my baby girl, Dr. Belinfante. I had an emergency broken tooth that needed to be removed. Even though we in Georgia are currently at a "stay at home order" except for emergencies he was kind enough to have me come in the very day after I called and removed the tooth. I usually do not use sedation and the novocain he used was sufficient even though the tooth had to be removed with a bit of force. Written aftercare instructions were excellent. Have had very little pain day later and he actually called to see how I was doing and if I had any questions. He is always very good about explaining everything he is going to do even during the procedure. Highly recommend his office.

My daughter had 4 wisdom teeth extracted by this doctor. After that she has suffered permanent nerve injury. I was told later on that the roots of her teeth should have been kept in order to avoid this injury because of her young age and the distance between the nerve and not fully grown roots was too small and of higher risk but we were not offered this option. He didn’t even provide the face wrap cooling pad to prevent excessive swelling. He was not even apologetic when he found out my daughter lost her sensation on her bottom lip and bottom gum.

I have had several oral surgeries by Dr. Belinfante. I highly recommend Dr. Belinfante and his staff, they are wonderful!!!

I highly recommend Dr. Erik Belinfante. I had mouth surgery done, and he was very personable and professional. He even took the time to call me the day after the surgery to check on me and go over my care instructions again. Overall, I'm very impressed with him and the staff at AOFS.

Dr. Belinfante did an excellent job removing my impacted wisdom tooth. I’m 67 years old with some considerable health issues. He was kind, patient and thorough. My socket after the removal is quite small and I have no discomfort one day after surgery! The entire staff was professional and friendly! Very Professional Surgical Event - Dr. used latest technology for planning of implant and guidance during surgery. Everything was explained beforehand; what to expect, experience. Staff was great assisting doctor during surgery. Was awake during entire procedure as the extraction and drilling was felt but not to the point where it was unbearable. Post Op follow-up call was made by the doctor who performed the extraction. Minimal pain relief was required after surgery, only 2 Acetaminophen tablets taken while still numb...nothing taken after the initial tablets. Post bleeding was controllable after surgery and stopped within 3 hours after leaving the office. Was able to eat solid food 1st day after surgery. No issues with brushing or flossing. Looking forward to two week follow-up visit.

The entire staff at the Suar Hill office was amazing with my nine year olds tooth extraction. They catered to her in a way that made her understand the process and fee relaxed. Ever single staff member was professional and polite. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Belinfante.

This is our second time with Dr. Erik Belinfante. First time was two years ago with my 17 year old son’s wisdom teeth (4 extractions) and now my 12 year old son’s 2 (extra teeth) extractions. Both experiences were outstanding. We loved Dr. Belinfante. He explained everything thoroughly for us to understand, great sense of humor, love what he does and awesome with kids. Great Personality. Excellent. I brought my son in for wisdom teeth extraction and had a wonderful experience. I was very impressed that Dr Belinfante called the day after the surgery to check on my child, this is "old school" but was welcomed and makes a huge statement as to the type of professional he is.

I'll make it short. He is one of the best doctors I've ever seen. And I've seen at least 60 - 100 in my awful life. He took all the time I needed to explain what he was going to do and what to expect. Plus he can really sew, only took 3 mintues to sew 4 stitches in my tongue.

Dr Belinfante is a consummate professional. He was able to install an implant in a difficult location having minimal jawbone density to anchor into. Also, following a successful procedure on a Friday afternoon, he called me from his personal cellphone on Saturday afternoon to check to make sure I wasn’t having unnecessary pain or discomfort. I highly recommend Dr Belinfante to anyone needing oral surgery!

I would highly recommend Dr. Belinfante to family & friends. I had a tooth extratction and an implant placement. I had no pain at all post procedure. It was a very easy and pleasant experience for me.

I was very anxious about about my son procedure but Dr Belinfante was very patient, listen to all questions, explain everything and put me at ease. The procedure went smooth and he even called next day to check on my small patient. Definitely recommend him and his practice.

I was nervous and unsure which route I should choose to resolve my discomfort (I’m in my 30s but still had all my wisdom teeth, one of them broke) he optimistically explained all the options. And the actual extraction went better than I could’ve hoped. Every patient may respond differently and have different results, but his bedside manner was great. A rare find.

I was referred to Dr. Belinfante after initially diagnosed by my regular DDS. This is my first time ever having oral surgery and of course I had lots of trepidation and anxiety with removing a Tori. I came to Dr. Erik for the removal of an implant. I have to say, I walked in with some worries and concerns because I had a bad experience with my previous dentist who failed to do my implant. But Dr. Erik did such a wonderful job that the extraction process was quick, smooth and pain-free. More importantly I could feel that Doctor is a caring kind. The second day after the visit I was surprised to receive the call from Dr. Erik himself. Thank you Doctor!

I was dismissed and told I was fine. Right side of jaw is swollen and I'm in a great deal of pain. Had surgery 3 weeks ago. Went in for help. After an hour wait he might have spent 5 minutes with me. When asked if he could look again, was told he was gone. Didn't want to give me pain medication as I might get addicted and gave me low dose antibiotic for 5 days.

Dr. Belinfante was great! He removed my son's four wisdom teeth and he did an amazing job. He is very professional and personable to both the parent and the patient. So far the recovery process has been easy and the office staff sets you up with everything you need. Dr. Belinfante himself even called to check on my son the following day. Great experience with an honest and caring staff. My 15 y/o daughter had 4 wisdom teeth removed this week and the entire recovery process went exactly how the staff and Dr. explained it would be. There was a lot of information to process on recovery specifics to prevent infections which was our main concern. Dr. Belinfante left a follow up voicemail reminding us of these important details which was very comforting as no follow up is usually required for this type of procedure.

Went to Dr Belinfante for my teenage son's wisdom teeth removal. The whole process was fast and efficient. Excellent care and service by the doctor and his staff.

Dr Belinfante is very skilled with the needle and giving the novocaine time to numb you, thats the key to no pain during the procedure. The next day I could have gone without the pain meds if I had to, which is a telling sign of his work. The third day I had to stop myself from eating regular food as I forgot I even had work done.

Dr. Belinfante is a good doctor who carried out the process of my tooth extraction in a comforting manner. The whole experiment ience was great and I would recommend this doctor for any oral surgeries.

I called Atlanta Oral & Facial Surgery at 8:00 AM asking if they could extract one of my wisdom tooth since I was in pain. They go me in the same morning and Dr. Erik Belinfante performed the surgery. I end up removing all 4 wisdom teeth. The procedure was a success and I have little pain after 2 days. I would recommend this practice to anyone and cannot say enough about Dr. Belinfante. This is a 5-star recommendation.

Excellent experience. Went there for an implant and had the best experience ever. Was informed of all the things that will be done ahead of time and everything was done in a very professional way. Was very happy to receive a call from the doctor the following day to check on me and explain to me in detail the do’s and Dont’s. Recommend this clinic and very friendly doctor.
