Such a disappointing experience. I was excited to see Dr. Young based on friends’s experiences. When I called the day before to confirm the time, I called three times and my call wasn’t answered. I figured it was toward the end of the day and were trying to wrap things up. I arrived before my appointment to complete new patient paperwork, as requested. I completed my paperwork and waited another 30 minutes and was still not taken back for my appointment. Unfortunately, it appears they don’t have the time or capacity for new clients and they should indicate that when people call. Such a disappointing experience. Such a disappointing experience. I was excited to see Dr. Young based on friends’s experiences. When I called the day before to confirm the time, I called three times and my call wasn’t answered. I figured it was toward the end of the day and were trying to wrap things up. I arrived before my appointment to complete new patient paperwork, as requested. I had a back pain slowly becoming a significant issue, came to Dr Young for evaluation. He found it was a rib muscle and after one visit the weekend was much better. Two visits now and nearly done... no trying to sell me on a lifetime of weekly returns. Staff was efficient, equipment seemed new and clean. Good help on short notice, good medical support. Very knowledgeable, eager to help patients reach their goals of feel better!

Dr Young is very knowledgeable and personable with his patients. He was professional and talked with my daughter in a way she could understand the medical terminology. I have been an RN for over 20yrs and would recommend him to everyone. Thanks for your time and care of my daughter.
