I was referred to Dr. Taylor by an associate in my cardiologist's office. Since I had already been encouraged by a friend to see an electrophysiologist, I was glad to get the referral. Dr. Taylor diagnosed my complicated situation saying I was one of maybe 500 people a year with similar circumstances. He is referring me to his office in Austin for an ablation procedure. I am so glad to finally see light at the end of this AFib tunnel!

Dr Taylor is great but he needs new staff. I hope his staff doesn't bring him down because he is a great doctor with a great personality. FYI, they don't answer the phone nor return voice-mail. NOT sure what they do.

Very professional and efficient

The staff is caring and answers your questions but you have to go in person because they don't have enough personnel to answer the phones.

The Dr is great the front staff they think they are more important than the Dr they lie...We are very strict with our appointments I was their 16 min late they had to reschedule however everytimre I am here early it takes 1 to 2 hours and a half

I love how punctual they are! I love the nurses and staff they are attentive and friendly!! Dr. Taylor is thorough and I love how he explains everything to where I understand exactly what I am up against. Thank You to everyone!!

Honestly, doctors visits are usually a pain when it comes to waiting or just getting a decent reception, but Dr.Taylor’s visit was great! A miss Adriana Mendoza very sweet and his nurses had very welcoming personalities.

My fiancé has been seeing Dr. Taylor for a while now. The stuff is unfriendly and rude. The office is hard to get a hold off. We call and no one ever answers. We leave messages and no one ever returns our calls. Appts get rescheduled often as he is never there. He is the only specialist in the valley for this. The Valley has the worst medical care.

Staff is amazing, unfortunately, they take quite a while to see a patient. Expect a 1-2 hour wait time on busy days.

Meeting Dr Taylor for the 1st time, made me feel at ease & I could trust him with my heart. The next day I as instructed use of a monitor. It was not a good experience. I bare some of the responsibilitie. When I told the nurse ‘C’ that I was dyslexic and needed to slow her explanation down. I don’t think she knew what to do except to explain as always. I was crying because I needed some time to understand all this new information. Then more new info that I needed a cardio-plumber, and I couldn’t understand why…On top of all the new fandango monitor. She just didn’t seem to be user friendly. I wouldn’t say it was bad Karma-just not on same wave length. Then another Nurse ‘B’ came in and seem a bit more understanding & user friendly and put me at ease. Dr. Taylor has been our specialist for over 10 years. My father’s life has been saved twice by him , his experience is unmeasurable. Very pleased with his service and his staff is meticulously chosen.

Very efficient but don't talk to him much.

The Dr makes my visit easy and explains everything that is meant for me. He is thorough with testing to give me my diagnosis.

Such a caring and & helpful staff. Dr Taylor is super knowledgeable and explains everything in a detail his patience can understand easily.

Great bedside manners, extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Taylor takes the time to listen to you and your needs and makes himself readily available at his office. Dr. Taylor has helped me so much through my condition and has been extremely informative. Highly recommended!!

I really like and trust Dr. Taylor but scheduling a follow-up appt is challenging. Front office not particularly helpful. He has a very busy practice - must it difficult for the staff. He recommended a f/u in 6 wks - first available was 10 wks out. Front office called and cancelled a week prior and couldn't offer an alternate appointment for another 3 months - 22 wks from initial visit! I was assured that they he would squeeze me in if I had an emergency between now and then. Not reassuring.

I found him rude and arrogant. He seem totally unconcerned with me as a patient. I would never recommend him
