Amber, Aaron and Dr Ray are all awesome! Very happy with my care been going for many years!

I have met with Dr. Ray for neck pain, which resulted in injections to delay surgery. Dr. Ray is always professional, personable, takes his time answering questions, and addresses concerns. I never feel rushed and the appointment process is quick. His staff is so kind and friendly.

Dr. Eric Ray was a life saver to me. I had a major unrelated surgery 2 years ago that left me with a nagging shoulder and neck pain as a result of the restraints used During this long surgery. After dealing with the pain for almost 2 years, I finally sought out Dr. Ray for pain relief. He came highly recommended from another medical professional. We worked through the process of trying some inflammatory injections, which gave some relief. But I knew I would need to have the actual cervical facet injections. For fear of just doing the actual procedure I hesitated until one day I was in crying pain and couldn’t take it anymore. I relented— Dr. Ray and his staff were so kind and worked me in immediately. Truly within 24 hours later I had great relief. And 48 hours later, I am feeling better than I have felt in 2 years. He and his staff are so professional and have been a God send for me! Excellent patient care, office manager exhibits amazing customer service and goes above and beyond to accommodate patients. Dr. Ray and Aaron both are top notch medical professionals and would highly recommend.

The whole staff is friendly and very helpful. Dr Ray is great at what he does and would highly recommend him to anyone.

I went in hoping to find a doctor that wasn't eager to prescribe just anything! He looked at my medical history, looked at the medicines I was taking, & he asked questions. He listened to me very well! And I think I found a doctor,???? finally after years of looking!! Now approaching the next phase of my self bettering myself.

I’m 59 year old male with chronic back pain and took my 87 year old mother with the same to Dr. Ray. He is a very ethical doctor, he could have easily suggested procedures for both my mother and I, however after a thorough investigation of our past MRI and procedures his suggestions were surgery for myself (which he doesn’t perform) and Advil for my mother. I’m in healthcare and strongly endorse Dr. Ray and his staff.

I was experiencing severe sciatica pain due to lower back issues. Dr Ray helped with an epidural. The procedure was quick, professional and more importantly, took the pain from a ten to a zero. The procedure was surprisingly affordable, both the cash option and the insurance option. The front staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. Had a very troubling and scary experience. Gave me pain shot, but also injected dye into my shoulder for a follow-up MRI. Only trouble, he didn't tell imaging center or me he did so, so I received contrast dye twice. Also found his office staff to be less than knowledgeable and difficult to work with. I've been seeing Dr. Ray and his staff since early 2018 for my pain management post surgery. I had a cervical disc replacement. I work for a Baylor, Scott & White facility and one of my doctors here recommended him and I have been very pleased with his office. I've had several small procedures and he has always been there. Answers my questions. He's very kind and knowledgeable. I have also seen his other providers at the office and they have always been very helpful. I'm happy I found this provider/office. Don't have any dealings with the male MA Clayton. He will not get work done for you and leave you hanging on the weekends without pain relief because he "failed" to give you important information or relay information to the provider. LOVE the office, providers and AMBER. But will avoid him at all costs. **Update** Left this practice because of the ridiculous policies on changing meds vs. Office visits The last straw was Jennifer the MA is NOT nice. Unprofessional. I flew in from West Texas to see Dr. Ray. It was worth the trip. Dr Ray is incredibly thorough. He is also a good listener which is one of the most important qualities for a doctor. His office staff followed safety protocols but didn't make it awkward or uncomfortable. My only regret is that he doesn't live closer to me!

I have seen Dr. Ray on 2 occasion for different issues and felt like I was treated very well...at the front desk, scheduling and Dr. Ray. He was very patient and listened to all my complaints. He gave me options and in the end resolved my issues and giving great relief.

After that we talked about my options. I ended up having an ESI done. I was more nervous about the ESI than I was for my back surgery. I was so impressed with how professional everyone was especially Dr Ray. I was directionally challenged getting to the office and was a few minutes late but called and was reassured I would be seen. Dr Ray was very genuine and listened to me. I was with a different pain management doctor and was there for nerve conduction study ordered by surgeon. He told me what he could do for me as a one time patient and left it up to me to continue with current pain management doctor or decide to change he would accept me as a patient. 27 minutes ago BEWARE!!!!! Dr Rays office and third party billing company will fraudulently over bill you. They will charge you for ALL UA’s and then tell you you shouldn’t have been charged for it..... BUT they will still keep it on a balance owed. You will call the office to resolve the situation and the office will tell you to call the billing company. Both will not do anything and state that it’s one or the others fault. I all of a sudden have office visits and UA’s going back to the year 2019. I all of a sudden have office charges of $666.65. I was with DR Ray office for years and would never have been able to continue to have appointments with him if there was such a balance owed. Never. So since I left his office with only owing $80.00 of half the cost of an appointment to now owing $666.65. Again Dr Rays office said specifically that all these charges apply..... even all of the UA’s of $50.00 each. The UA’s of $50.00 each appointment always went into my appointment cost, but n

I called Dr Ray’s office to schedule an appointment after my surgeon referred me for post operative pain. I said my name, and that I had been referred and the woman on the phone told me that Dr Ray had looked at my file, couldn’t help me, would not prescribe pain medication and I would need to see someone else. I WAS BLOWN AWAY AT THE RUDENESS AND RESPONSE. I told her I wasn’t looking for pain medication, but relief from post op pain and that it was a shitty response from her without me ever seeing the doctor, since I was referred there by my doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Ray for over 15 years. I suffered from chronic lower back pain and hip pain since I was 30. I have had operations, therapy and medication to the point where I wanted to give up. He put together a plan that has given me hope and a better quality of life. I would recommend Dr. Ray and his kind staff to anybody looking for great results. I am very thankful for his help.

After seeing him and office staff I had MRI preferred by outside company for regular service money office protocol until they told me that he did not know what he was talking about and didn’t want to see MY COPY OF THE MRI!

I want to give my extreme thanks to Dr. Ray and his amazing staff! A couple of weeks ago a bulging disc in my neck went from a minor nuisance to intractable pain unable to sleep for days or put on my own socks and shoes. My primary care doctor had many good experiences with Dr. Ray in the past and referred me to him. When I called to schedule there was not an appointment available for a week. I explained the level of pain I was dealing with and Dr. Ray and his staff worked me in that day. He gave me some medication that actually worked on the pain when nothing else did and within a week had me come back to the office where he performed an epidural steroid injection in his office. It was so convenient he has the facility to perform that there and not have to go to some separate surgical center. What really matters is the ESI he performed allowed me to sleep pain-free that night and the next day I was still pain-free. I can’t recommend or thank Dr. Ray & staff enough! TJM

I have had two procedure completed by this Doctor. cortisone shots then a rhizotomy. Dr. Ray and his crew are caring and very professional. I highly recommend this team to resolve your pain. I cannot describe the joy I have from being pain free after so long.

Dr. Ray and his team are fantastic. I have had an injury for 3 months now and I wish I had been referred to him much sooner. He was thorough yet not to the point where it took too much time. I usually don't like most nurses or office staff at most offices but here everyone seems friendly and efficient but not pushy.
