I’ve had liposuction done and I do Botox/juvaderm regularly. They are an amazing team. Dr. Mariotti has RNs do your Botox etc so you are in amazing hands. Stacey is so good that you barely feel the needle.

I did a ton of research and after sifting through many surgeons within a 50 mile radius I found Dr. Mariotti. I read every single review looked at every before and after and knew he was going to be my surgeon. I booked a consult even though it was 6 months out (so worth the wait!) I had plenty of time to do research and consider my options and choices for my surgery. By the time I met with him I felt confident in my decision to have the procedures done. He is so professional and explains everything so simply. His years of experience really show. I explained that I wanted more top fullness but wanted a natural size proportioned to my body. After having 3 kids 2 years apart and nursing each for a year I didn't have much volume left. I didn't want to get a lift and he did the "pencil test" and assured me that I didn't need one. He had me try on 2 different sizes and said high profile would give me the look I desired and he was right! I recovered so quickly and was up and around the day after surgery, I had no bleeding, bruising or excess swelling. As far as my hernia repair. I'm still SHOCKED at the result! I am so thankful that I reached out to Dr Mariotti's office. Doing so has allowed me the changes I needed for myself to feel better on the inside. My great experience started with Melissa, the Patient Coordinator. I sent in an email requesting some procedure prices, expecting to receive an email back with a link to make an appointment. Melissa called me back not only did she have the information I was looking for, she also had information as well as suggestions that I never would have thought of! Melissa listened and not only was able to suggest a provider best suited for my wants but as it turned out, a monetary savings for me as well! My appointment was with Stacey, an RN, BSN. Stacey presented me with a realistic procedure plan. She outlined everything for me, explaining the different opinions of using botox and fillers, the duration of each as well as options for the future. She took the time to discuss everything with me, making sure I not only understood but that she understood me as well! Stacey took what I was hoping for and clearly explained my options; such as using fillers vs botox (and or vice versa) to achieve a the look I was hoping for. Dr. Mariotti and the entire team are wonderful! I had my procedure in June 2020 and I am extremely happy with my results :) I had been researching this decision since 2016. Dr. Mariotti was one of the first surgeons I looked into. During my research, I compiled a large spreadsheet listing the things that were important to me (location, experience, results, price, etc). I relied heavily on reviews from yelp, realself and here on Google. Even after a couple years of looking around, I always kept returning to Dr. Mariotti. Everything I read, the photos I saw, and the interactions I had with him/the office made me feel the most confident that this was the doctor/practice for me. Before I met Dr. Mariotti, I was already almost certain I would pick him. I looked at his previous work, and in my opinion, every single one of his before/after transformations looked perfect to me. I could tell he was thoughtful, thorough, and precise every time. When I finally made the decision to come in for my consultation, he was very knowledgeable and patient with me. Dr. Mariotti is known for his precise incisions making them hardly visible and having a breast lift and augmentation this was very important to me. I had seen breast lifts with terrible incisions making them look aesthetically unpleasing. That is not the case with the me. It's been a few years and my incisions healed so clean it's hard to even tell I had a lift at all. Aside from him having an amazing bedside manner, being very educative and doing amazing work in the community he also has amazing staff. I knew I wanted to get a breast augmentation after I had my first child and then after my second child I had lost so much volume from breast feeding it started to drag down my self confidence so I started looking for surgeons. I found Dr. Mariotti around January of 2020 after having had a negative experience with a surgeon closer to where I live. (I come all the way from Vacaville.) Since my first phone call I have had nothing but amazing experiences with Dr. Mariotti and his staff. Everyone has been friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I got in for a consult quickly and Dr. Mariotti was amazing; he immediately put me at ease and listened to what I wanted with my end results. He was very patient with me, showing me photos of similar framed women and the different sizes, showing me the different types of implants and explaining them, and answering all of my questions. $14,000 face lift that took 2hrs 58mins!!.... only got neck lift that fell apart.... revising cost another $2,000 That didn’t work either ... $16,000 I still need a face lift ..... he took NO Responsibility for this .. only tried in my last appointment to give me $2,600 face lift injections! I had breast implants that were over 24 years old and one just deflated. Suddenly I felt like the awkward and embarrassed flat-chested 15 year old again. I made an appointment and when the office staff heard how upset I was with the way I looked, they got me an appointment with the first cancellation. I was fortunate that someone else had to reschedule their surgery and Dr. Mariotti was able to do my surgery sooner. Now I have safer better quality implants than were available 24 years ago. I Absolutely LOVE Dr. Mariotti! I had such a wonderful experience here. Dr. Mariotti is a true artist! After having 3 children, my breasts were essentially, socks with oranges in them and I still had baby weight from my pregnancies that just didn't want to go away. I was ALWAYS greeted the minute I walked in the door, even if the staff was busy with another client or on the phone. A wave and a smile or a head nod acknowledging I was there. I cannot think of a time that I ever had to wait beyond my appointment time.

staff (receptionist) very poor customer service. was not enthusiastic nor accomodating when I called to make an appointment. She gave me this feeling that they don't need my business. I moved on to the next two surgeons i looked up on line.

The doctor was ok but after the surgery I never saw him again. I was left to deal with his staff and they didn’t really seems to care when I had follow up questions and concerns. I had a couple of issues and they pretty much blew me off.

Dr. Mariotti was my second consult and knew he was the one when I left. The staff was really helpful and friendly from the moment of booking my consult and throughout the follow ups after my surgery. Dr. Marrioti answered all my questions and I left super confident that I wanted to do it with more info he gave me. During the consult he made me feel comfortable and I was satisfied with pictures, touching implants, measuring and try ons. I chose Dr. Mariotti after having 7 other consultations. Dr. Mariotti, Kim and entire staff are warm and welcoming. I instantly felt like they truly cared about me from my first visit to all my follow up appointments. I had severe asymmetrical breasts. Dr Mariotti gave me my confidence back and I am so grateful. Dr. Marriotti is not just a great plastic surgeon (he did my breast cancer reconstruction), but a wonderful person. Without his extra efforts, I would not have known that I have a cancer recurrence. He contacted me personally to give me the news even though he was half way around the world. I truly believe he has probably saved my life and I will be forever grateful to him for all he has done for me. I am incredibly fortunate to have him as a doctor.

Poor follow up (and results). I drove 4 hours for my follow up appointment and was not seen. Waited almost 3 hours and then had to leave for an emergency. Literally no offer to make up for my time, expense or inconvenience, and I needed to speak to him about poor results from my lip scar revision. He later offered to let me email him photos, nothing more. Then 2 months later I start getting billed for co-payments. I advised the office of the situation, but it seems no one cares. You would think one would get consideration. It leaves a bad taste and it would have been very simple to make amends. Hate to say it, but Poor based on my results and follow up care. I never thought of myself as one who would even consider cosmetic surgery. I feared looking fake or done over. Having breastfed twins in 2009, however, my once DDD breasts had shrunk to a sagging, unattractive B. They were uncomfortable without a bra and formed two puddles in one. I felt self conscious wearing swim suits or workout tops at the gym. Catching a glimpse of my bare chest in the mirror, I would immediately feel old and worn out. A few women I knew had had breast work done and were pleased with the results. I thought it couldn't hurt to talk to a couple of surgeons about my breasts so I googled within a 25 mile radius and read lots of reviews. Other cosmetic surgeons had great bedside appeal and wonderful personalities, but few patient reviewers wrote about the phenomenal surgical results like they did with Dr. Mariotti. Having to wait several weeks for my consultation was the first indication that Dr. Mariotti was as great as his reviews. He and his warm, energetic, and knowledgeable PA, Sarah, listened to my concerns and goals and never tried to sell me on cosmetic surgery. I'd seen one cosmetic surgeon locally who had told me I couldn't improve my breasts without having an augmentation. Dr. M proved that was not the case. Four months ago, I had my breast life surgery (without augmentation). Although the recovery was more painful than I imagined, I would go through the entire process again in a heartbeat. (It's important to note that I have an extremely low pain threshold.) I no longer need to wear a bra and my chest looks great in workout tops and swimwear. Last month, I was self UN-conscious enough to join a gym. In addition to receiving a breast lift, I had a lower eye lid lift to address the perpetual shiners under each eye. The dark circles I'd had since I was a kid are gone. And I mean gone. I had tried every cream, nutritional supplement, and treatment out there to rid my face of these black moons. I was tired of people asking me if I was sick or overtired. Dr. M simply moved some tissue/fat around under my eyes and within two weeks I was getting compliments about how "rested" I looked. Even when I'm actually sick or exhausted, I don't look like someone clocked me in the face. How Dr. M did such an amazing job without leaving any traces of his work remains a mystery to me. He has a very special talent/gift. During the entire process, both Dr. M and Sarah remained sensitive to my past medical history and tailored their care to keep me comfortable. I am so grateful I did this for myself and so grateful to have found such an awesome team. Amazeballs! Dr. Mariotti did my tummy tuck 11 weeks ago and removed 11 POUNDS from my abdomen! I had gastric bypass 3 years ago and lost 90 lbs and have some pretty major skin problems. I will definitely be returning for a few other procedures that are still needed after weight loss. Honestly, I expected the process to be sooo much worse. The recovery was painful, but totally manageable. I was back to my desk job in a week and a half. Dr. M and his staff have been extremely professional, encouraging, and friendly. I was comfortable from the moment I stepped in to his office. They have been willing and able to answer all of my questions. Dr. Mariotti is the best! His office is clean and beautiful, his staff is friendly, and they all know what they are doing. From the first phone call, to my consult, my pre-op, surgery, and many, many post-op appointments, nothing could have gone better. It was top notch the whole way through. Dr. Mariotti and Sarah Kaplan are so caring and attentive that they feel like family. They are both so good at what they do. If you are searching for the best plastic surgeon around then look no further. Dr. M and his staff are the best! I was impressed with my first phone call to his office. I felt welcomed into their office and not just another phone call. I received a packet of information in the mail before my appointment that helped me to prepare questions before my consult. At my consult, Dr. M really listened to what I wanted. Each of us women has different ideas of what we want our end results to be. He does his best to understand toward that vision, while providing his expert professional opinion. Along with the silicone breast implants I needed an umbilical hernia repaired. His staff went above and beyond to schedule my surgery and pre op visit. I was nervous the morning of my surgery but Dr. M really helped me to relax. He is so confident but not cocky, that it just puts you at ease. The night of my surgery, very late, my body wasn’t doing too well with the pain meds so my husband called Sarah. Even though I probably would not have been so nice answering calls that late at night, she was friendly, very helpful, and really wanted to make sure I was okay.
