I've went to Dr. Eric Lavid for only the problems, meaning...., I don't routinely go. Sad. He got my smile back, 15 years ago. Than I put off going, money, setting in chair etc. I broke a tooth last month, just a crown needed. I just got out of there, no pain. He's the best. I will be going back in for permanent crown in 2 weeks, than I'm setting up my cleanings!! I will start going twice a year.. He Always asks if you feel ok. Need a break..etc. Bill was up front, no surprises. Don't hesitate! Take care of your teeth! Great place, wouldn't go anywhere else. Drs. Eric and Joy are fantastic. I’ve been going here for years so have my kids. Everyone in the office are very professional and nice. I feel like they really care about all of us. They listen and advise but never pressure you into doing anything you don’t want. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My wife just got ripped off by Eric. I called his wife and explained that my wife needed a new soft lining for her lower denture and asked if they did this type of work. She said she didn’t do it but she thought her husband did. I made an appointment for her and she saw Eric. He took her back to the exam room and advised her he didn’t do soft lining. For this 5 minute visit he changed her 65 dollars.Dr Joy Lavid has been my dentist.That was the reason l encouraged my wife to go to their practice.I no longer will go to these rip off dentists. Dr. Joy and Dr. Eric are the BEST! I have been seeing them for YEARS and so has my daughter since she was little (and she still goes there as an adult). I have never had any issues with either of them and they have never tried to 'over sell' any procedure that I have needed.

Both Dr. Eric and Dr. Joy are excellent at making the experience here as comfortable as possible. They both have a very good bedside manner and are clearly very capable at their work. They are also very upfront about costs and insurance, and will work directly with insurance agents to figure out what is and is not covered and how to proceed to avoid an unexpected bill. Great people to call your family dentists! My boys actually enjoyed going there, as did I. And everyone knows kids do not like the dentist ????

My 11year old son was having issues with an adult tooth coming in the office work us in and Dr. Joy was wonderful with my son who was anxious. Wonderful experience. Thanks so very much. This experience was encouraging for him to have his regular cleanings.

I've been seeing Eric for the past 15 years and I truly think that he & his staff are the best. I'm really picky and can say that there is nobody else i would trust with my teeth. After growing up with braces and having a crown I have seen my share of dentists over the years. I was really spoiled having an excellent dentist growing up, but after they retired I found that finding another at that level was quite a difficult thing to do and I spent years shuffling to new dentists trying to find another. That was until I saw Eric and his team. I've been there ever since and recommended him to many friends who all agree and have been there ever since as well. They're extremely talented and super friendly. You won't be disappointed going there, just disappointed you didn't start going there sooner. As a dentist myself (orthodontist), I can attest that Drs. Eric and Joy are excellent. I have entrusted them with my family's care for years and they have taken great care of us. The patients in my orthodontic practice who see them for their general dentistry care are also very pleased.

I've been coming to this office for years. Dr. Joy is great, office staff is friendly and helpful. They're very up front about costs and insurance, and they actually put in a lot of extra work to get me a specialized mouthpiece that I needed. Highly recommended.

These two are the best. I see Dr. Eric and he's always fast and effective, just what I want while at the dentist. Both my kids see Dr. Joy and she is without a doubt the best dentist we've ever used with the kids, she'll get us in with an emergency visit and is so kind and understanding with them. Eric and Joy are great people and great Dentist. This place stands for what it means to support local small businesses like theirs. I enjoy going to the dentist here, and keeping my teeth healthy and shinny????

After searching for over 4 years, I have found my new family dentist! Very unsatisfied. Was told the visit was covered under our insurance plan, that we would owe $0. I confirmed this with Lauri prior to arriving. Turns out she did not verify what she had informed me of and then billed us $185!!!! Very unprofessional how the situation was handled. I will not return. I feel I was completely misled.

I just saw the 1 star review when I went to look up the phone # for Dr. Lavid's office & I knew I had to write my own. I've been going to Dr. Joy Lavid for close to 10 years now & I can honestly say she is the best dentist I have EVER been to. She is so thorough & explains everything very carefully. She is very professional & highly qualified, yet personable too. I have complete trust in her expertise. I have never felt that she (or her husband) have done or recommended any unnecessary treatment. My kids have been to her as well & we have also seen her husband on occasion. They are the best! I highly recommend them. My only complaint is that she is so personable & it's hard to talk to her as much as I would like when having dental work done. Not really a complaint at all! Very unsatisfied. Verified with Laurie prior to arriving that our visit would be covered 100% and we would owe $0. We were then billed $185 several months later. I was then informed that she never actaully verified benefits she just assumed. The entire thing was handled very poorly and we were completely misled.

Dr. Lavid and his staff are exceptional in so many ways. From the moment one enters the waiting room until the last goodby, every attempt is made to make one comfortable and confident in the high level of care. As a senior citizen, I was especially impressed in the gentle, competent and caring manner of the entire staff.
