Dr. Eric A. Jones

Dr. Jones is the best of the best. He did both of our sons' circumcisions. He is meticulous and detail oriented. Great bedside manner and excellent human being. Our family highly highly recommends him for any of your pediatric urology care.

Dr. Jones is a wonderful pediatric urologist. He is very kind, reassuring, and takes time to explain everything and answers all questions. My son had surgery with him and I am so happy that he was able to help my son. Very talented man and I'd recommend him in a heartbeat. Thank you Dr. Jones.

We love Dr. Jones! He is great at explaining things and will take the time to make sure you understand everything. He didn’t speak down to me. He was so great with our daughter when she had to have kidney surgery. It’s been almost 4 years since the operation and our little girl is so healthy and strong. We would definitely take another of our kids back to him if we ever needed a pediatric urologist again. We love Dr. Jones! They seem friendly at first but I think they just want to make as much money as possible without any concern for your kid.

Dr. Eric Jones was older sons pediatric urologist. He walked us through the procedure and reassured us of the expected things after same. During the night after surgery our baby wouldn’t stop crying he met us 6 am the next morning to access our baby and help us. For us he went above and beyond and his accessibility would make me choose him a million times over. Best decision ever! Dr. Jones is hands down the best urologist we have ever seen! My daughter has been his patient for 14 years now and since we are no longer local we travel from Austin to see him for her maintenance appointments. He is one of the few physicians that you can tell truly cares for his patients and loves what he does. If I could give him more than 5 stars I definitely would because he really is the best!!

We are extremely pleased with Dr. Jones. He explained our child's procedure thoroughly & followed up promptly. If you are considering having Dr. Jones perform surgery, we recommend having it done at Texas Children's. The anesthesiologist & support there were also excellent.

Dr. Jones himself is a great doctor but the problem is his office staff. Not only are they rude, but they get appointments and billing completely messed up! My son was supposed to have an appointment today 4/26/17 at texas childrens to have lasic renal scan and then see Dr. Jones at 2 pm after the scan, however, the office screwed up the orders not once, not twice, but 3 TIMES! The office manager calls me the next day to all of sudden tell me im out of network and owe them 312.00! Stay away!!!!

Very Rude and unfriendly staff. They never get back in touch with you and when you call they are so snappy. Won't go back.
