Great service ! Took him time and listened!

Receptionist should be replaced. Never smiles & rude. Once your in your room you will wait for a very long time, even an hour + (You could have just scheduled me later. I have things to do with my time also.) Staff in BOH and Doctor Gifford is great. Love him. Takes his time with you. Listens. Communicates well. Love the blonde with tats. Have to do things in order but PT was a waste of time. Eventually (9 months) referred to surgeon and within 2 months had a total hip replacement. Continuous injections. Mind you I have multiple issues. One down. More to go. And here I sit and wait. I’ve been in my room waiting for over an hour. Gave me time to post this review.

I was referred to Dr Gifford from my Family doctor. I was impressed with his staff and Dr Gifford! Great office atmosphere and would recommend this doctor very highly to anyone in need of his Specialty. Most doctors are not personable and don't talk much. Dr. Gifford and his staff were just the opposite and laughers too! Which always helps when you really don't care for doctors:)

Dr. Gifford gets 5 stars from me. Took time to explain what was going on with my knee, my options and going forward immediately gave me the first of three shots for my knee. Even used a sonogram to guide the needle through the best and least intrusive place. I was very relieved and thankful for his care.

our visit was due to an emergency fall from a tree. they were attentive and professional, wait seemed long but we walked in so really not complaining. Was great to be where we did not have to in an emergency room or urgent care, it was specialized to our orthopedic problem.

We walked in and were immediately greeted. The staff was friendly. We didn’t have a long wait. We were in and taken care of in a very timely manner. The Dr. listened to my son and was very thorough with him. Very pleased with the service.

I went to 417 Sports Medicine after an ankle injury, they thoroughly examined me, took an x-ray and got me on my way to healing.

I brought my son in for a broken arm and was thankful to skip the ER and have him seen at this clinic the day of the injury. The staff was friendly and the physician spent plenty of time with us explaining the injury and recovery process. We have been to this clinic several times during my child's healing process and received great service every time. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone!

Dr G is one of the most caring and friendly doctors out there. He takes good care of my knees!

We were able to get it pretty quickly to see what was exactly wrong with my daughters foot. Dr. Gifford took time to listen to her and to evaluate her foot. Thankful we didn’t have to jump through all the hoops at the hospital or a busy urgent care! The staff is friendly and professional and made a tough diagnosis easier.
