Dr. Enriquez is very knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and for once I didn't feel pressured to make a decision right there and then.

This doctors office has the worst customer service ever. I have never complained to Dr. Enriquez about his front desk staff but when I walk in the office to check-in I never get greeted with a “hi” or “good afternoon” “how are you?” they always say “do you have an appointment?” I keep it cool cause I’m not there to see them but they should seriously work on there customers service. I had a blood work done and I was very nervous about the results never did Dr. Enriquez staff try to make me feel at ease while waiting on the results that took an entire week to receive. Yes, I was calling every morning for my results but I was nervous and anxious waiting for my results, I would apologize to the front desk staff for me calling every day but they do forget to call with results. One of the front desk staff literally said to me “We will call you when we get the results like I told you before” I couldn’t believe it thats really no way to speak to your customers specially if I’m apologizing and I’m nervous. Very unprofessional and they obviously don’t need my business so I’m no longer seeing Dr. Enriquez. Also FYI: If you need a referral don’t leave his doctors office with out it. They will forget about you and they get bothered when you call and remind them to do so. This doctors office has the worst customer service ever. He's been my Dr for over a decade.... Very professional, wonderful with his patients, very trustworthy. I always recommend him to my friends & family

Dr. Eric Enriquez is a very good doctor. His diagnoses is almost always spot on. He is a good listener. His staff members are nice and helpful.

Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. His team are very kind and helpful.
