Great doctor and wonderful nurse. So glad I found this office.

I saw dr Cox in the beginning of august. I was referred to him by the VA. He didn’t do anything during the visit but tell me he needed to get the records from the VA. He then prescribed me a medication I had previously had an adverse reaction too. On august 16 th I received a call from his office. They had told me they would have to refer me to pain management for my medications. I called today oct 5th to ask about the referral. The lady named Angie said she had been too busy to put in the referral as they are short handed. I asked her since they were short handed were their patients supposed to just sit here and suffer until they had time to put in a referral? The response was she hung up on me. Hopefully they treat other patients better than they have treated me. All veterans sent by the VA should stay clear of this place as they also tried committing fraud by charging me $260 for the office visit that the VA pays. Another piss poor place for veterans to be sent.
